It's the first Shiboribori of Houou Mita that I wanted to drink❣️
I wasn't sure if I should open it since I'm away from home, but...
I couldn't resist and opened it.

I said to myself.
It really was more delicious than I expected.
I'm not a fan of the real French Beaujolais Nouveau...σ(^_^;)
This year, for the first time, I've reserved a bottle of both white and red Japanese nouveau, and I'm really looking forward to the day the ban is lifted!
And of course, I was really looking forward to the sake nouveau as well (๑˃˃˃).
Hououmida Nouveau❣️ which I got a little earlier than the new sake I reserved.
I paired it with Camembert cheese with a little bit of blue mold mixed in, potato salad, eggplant salad, burdock rings, etc., just like a new white wine (Heuriger) ^ ^.
It was a perfect combination with cheese and I enjoyed it so much!
I think I'm going to eat 4 cups of it!
