Shichikanma Junmai Ginjo-shu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Yamadanishiki, Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 15%.
It was sealed 🤗.
A subtle ginjo aroma, well-balanced acidity and bitterness in the mouth, sharp and dry 😋The origin of Shichikanma is... named after Symbol Rudolf (7 G1 winners) and the connection between Symbol Farm and the brewery😃.
This is the first time I learned about the origin of the Seven Crown Horses brand 🧐.
Looking at the label again, it looked like the U shape of the horse's hoof in the shape of a seven-square 🥰.

(The proprietress of a tavern gave a similar explanation in the program "Kazuhiko Ota's 100 Izakayas" aired on tvk on 20250904🤗)
It used to be named [Yugami Masamune], but was renamed [Shichikanma] in 1991.
The brewery's president's sister married the owner of Symbol Rudolf (1986), and they decided to create a sake called "Shichikanba" (Seven Crown Horse)... and so the name was changed from "Yiage Masamune" to "Shichikanba" (in 1996) and put on sale.

Sparkling with a sweet aroma. Fruity, slightly low-al shwash, equals drink too much and you're screwed.
Last year I drank too much and it was bad, so this year I went for a smaller bottle.
When I bought it last year, they generously gave me two gulping glasses, so it's an aside that I personally like the taste of the sake as well.
Drank on a trip, glass 50, 3 kinds, 990 yen, +4 degrees, rich, fat taste, balanced in five flavors, 720 cc, 2200 yen, purchased in return for a friend.
It has a refreshing taste, sweetness after drinking, and a good sharpness. It is good for both sweet and dry wine lovers.
The taste remains until the end, even when eating fried horse mackerel with sauce.
The aroma is sweet, a little strong sweetness, but there is a strong umami, alcohol taste, and some unique fresh flavor, but I could not figure out how to describe it. I am not sure if it comes from the rice called "Aizan" or not.
But it is sure to be delicious.
I went to buy some at a pop-up store in Hankyu Umeda and was torn between this and Jikkuro no S. Jikkuro no S is more acidic and has a more pleasant taste. The Jet-Black S was more acidic and straight to my liking. I will buy it next time.
