I looked in the fridge thinking I wanted to drink nigori (nigori sake) and chose one of the three bottles of nigori sake waiting for me...(*)
The day after I received the arrival information, I went to the liquor store hoping that they still had it and was able to get it safely.
I poured it into a glass and sipped it. The faintly sweet fruity aroma is already delicious.
When I drank it, it was slightly sweet and sour. But soon the bitterness arrives, and the dryness quickly fades away!
