Good evening, Tsubu 🦉.
The label and the name are so cute 💕I'd like to try a bottle too 😊It seems to taste just like the label, which makes me want to try it even more 😦!

Saijotsuru from Higashihiroshima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, is a brand you see often, but it is surprising to see it ranked 20th in Sake-no-Wawa's Hiroshima Prefecture ranking.
It has a refreshing sweetness and acidity that is typical of summer sake. It has a fruity taste, but the finish is tangy and dry. It is quite drinkable and is my favorite type of sake.
I went on a trip to Saijo, the sake capital of Japan. First, Saijotsuru Brewery.
(2) Aizan: Fruity acidity, lighter than Omachi.
(3) Yumachi (limited edition for the first brewery opening): rich, powerful sake. Neither is light, but punchy.
It was the first sake, so of course it was delicious! (lol)
(Since it was the first sake, I would have liked to have had some other unfiltered junmai if I had more energy left after visiting other places, but in reality, I ran out of time...and that was the end of it.
