The third drink is here.
Sake made with Sanuki olive yeast and olives, which is also the Kagawa prefectural tree.
The aroma is sweet and sour, and the clear sweetness is refreshingly sweet with a crisp acidity, making this sake very fresh and refreshing. Easy to drink
Pale yellowish and clear, with aromas of yogurt, pear and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with a firm acidity, moderate sweetness and a rather long finish.
Ayagiku Shuzo Daiginjo Chouyou!
This sake is brewed with Oceto rice and olive yeast.
The color of the bottle is a refreshing olive green, a specialty of Kagawa Prefecture.
The aroma is gorgeous and the attack is fresh and fruity, but before the umami spreads in the mouth, there is a fine, moderate acidity and bitterness, and the finish is sharp. Overall, it was a cohesive and elegant bottle!
I got a delivery I don't remember from the month before last 👀.
I opened it and found that I had won a drawing for a sake giveaway campaign that I often see on sake POP around September 🎉.
It was a long time since I've had a bottle of Ayagiku 😁.
Cold sake
Oily aroma
Smooth mouthfeel
More mellow than mellow
Finishes cleanly.
I was entering at least once a week because there was no limit on the number of receipts for a total of 3000 yen or more sake purchases 😅.
I bought sake from different regions, but I'm glad the one I received wasn't the brand I bought 🤣.
Sake left at home. At first glance, hiyaoroshi sake at this time of year may seem out of season, but it is surprisingly good.
It is good to taste the sake-like flavor with a little malted rice on the palate.
