2020/08/09 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Open it a little → bubbles are coming out, then close it immediately. We repeated this for about 10 minutes and finally opened the bottle. It is soft and crispy, with lactic acid bacteria sweet and sour taste. This is "Calpis for adults". It has a faint bitter taste at the end. It was a refreshing drink without a sticky aftertaste.

Summer. It took me about 5 minutes to open the bottle. It's a little bit of a whiffle, a little bit of a buzz. ‼️ Dry but with a hint of melon! I'm glad that there are more sparkling beers in the summer, but I tend to drink too much and get drunk too fast 😁.

Today, I had given up on drinking it this year (at home 😅) 😭, when I suddenly appeared at a liquor store I don't usually go to 🎶🍶 and bought this one in a hurry 🎶🍶. It took about 7 minutes because I had to be careful to open the bottle, but I successfully accomplished my mission (lol) 🫡. Of course, since it's automatically stirred, you can't get the supernatant 😅. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️ lactic acidic with a little alcohol 😉🍶. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gasiness 🫧🫧, but it is surprisingly dry 🍶🍶 but easy to drink due to low alcohol content❗❗🤤😉 I will drink the supernatant after tomorrow when things settle down🎶🤤. I had the supernatant the next day and it was dry and not sweet 😋🎶😋🫧.

I have been buying these every year, but this year I was late to the party. I thought I might not be able to buy it, but I managed to buy it. How will it be this year, my summer's mainstay? It took me a long time to open the bottle this year as usual, and it only took me about 6 times to open and close it. It's a bit of a mouthful, sweet and sour but creamy, with a bit of a sharp throat heat. It's the kind of sweetness that makes your lips a little sticky, but it seems a little drier than last year. It used to be an adult Calpis soda type, but this year it seems to have more flavor and less sweetness. It is very satisfying and you would not believe that it is 13% alcohol. As the back label says, be careful opening the bottle, and after opening and closing the lid several times, the bottle was finally opened. The aroma is moderately fruity. The wine has a strong sense of sizzle, but it gives the impression of being milky due to its cloudy taste. The sweetness and acidity are moderate, and the rice has a delicious flavor. The strong bitterness in the aftertaste is refreshing.

Memorandum for myself I really can't wait for this time of year and have successfully purchased it again this year. It's still too delicious with its tangy schwarziness and bitterness. I hope we will have the chance to have another chance next year 🙏.

Strong carbonation. Tasty but clean. Delicious. I knew this because the store staff told me about it when I bought it before, but the carbonation is far beyond my imagination, so it's the kind of thing that can be disastrous if you innocently open the bottle on first sight.

Summer Nigorinpik 97 Today, we finally saw the 100th check-in for this season's nigori series, so we opened a bottle of Summer Doburokku, which many of our sake friends had been drinking😇. It took a long time to open the bottle even though it was chilled enough because it is an active nigori, and the top clear liquid was not caught by the time the bottle was opened due to automatic stirring 🤣. This Natsu Doprokku has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, but you don't feel it at all, it is a delicious sake with a robust flavor and a good sweetness 😇. And thanks to the solid active nigori, you can also feel the shwashiness of the sake, making it a delicious nigori sake that is perfect for summer 😀.

I saw your post and thought "I want to drink too!!!! I was thinking "I want to drink it too!" when I saw your post about summer dobrokku: ！！！！！！！ I was going to buy it when I saw it, and then I saw it, and I bought it as a reflex 🍶. I had heard rumors that the fizz was amazing, but... I was screaming at the top of my lungs because it was so amazing! It's so light and easy to drink that you forget it's sake 😺.
