2020/08/09 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Open it a little → bubbles are coming out, then close it immediately. We repeated this for about 10 minutes and finally opened the bottle. It is soft and crispy, with lactic acid bacteria sweet and sour taste. This is "Calpis for adults". It has a faint bitter taste at the end. It was a refreshing drink without a sticky aftertaste.

My first summer dobrokku! This sake is made by Hachinohe Shuzo, which brews Mutsu Hachisen and Mutsu Otokoyama. It took a long time to open the bottle, and it was a quintessential active nigori. The aroma was like that of ramune, with a hint of rice. The taste had a moderate acidity and a pleasant bitter aftertaste, and I drank it in no time. It was good to drink on its own or with grilled chicken wings, giving the impression that it could be served with any food. Alcohol 13%, Aomori rice used, malted rice 55%, premium rice 69%, nigori sake, not doburoku.

Activated nigori nama sake, a rare and favorite in summer. Very strong bubbles, 2.5 minutes to open. The time spent waiting for the bubbles to settle down while opening and closing the bottle was most enjoyable. The aroma is fruity and apple-like, as is typical of Hachisen. In the mouth, it has a cider-like shwashiness. The taste is dry and mature with a strong bitterness. It is a dry, dry sake perfect for the rainy season.

I had an affair. I had always been devoted to Sakusama, but then I met him. I went to Hachinohe on a business trip and came across Mutsu Hachisen. It was very fruity and pleasant to the palate. Just as I was falling in love with it, Natsu Doburokku, also from Hachinohe Shuzo, was on the store shelves and invited me to try it. Oh, I would buy it in that situation, wouldn't I? I opened it as soon as I bought it. I couldn't resist and opened it. It came out in a gush, and I hastily covered it with my mouth and waited until it calmed down. I almost finished it all by myself, so I have a little bit left, but it will run out today. I'm glad to find a good product made in each region.

Summer dobrokku season is here 😊. This year I forgot the ritual of opening the bottle and almost spilled it, but somehow it was safe😅 The top aroma is sweet with a hint of apple🍎 and banana🍌 with a hint of rice. In the mouth, it has a slightly carbonated and spicy taste 🫧. The sweetness is slightly less sweet than last year, but there is a hint of acidity and milky rice sweetness. This year, I wonder if it's a combination of banana (banana) type mahoroba aromatic yeast and apple (apple) type mahoroba mellow yeast. 🤔 I personally prefer the apple🍎 type Mahoroba mellow, but this was delicious 🍶✨️

The next strong one, is Doburokku, was immediately uploaded. It's from the same brewery, so it's no surprise, but the taste is almost the same as Mutsu Hachisen's, but this one is an intense shu-shuwa festival. It was my first time to drink Doburokku, and I thought, "Don't talk about summer sake without knowing about this one. It was delicious.
