I chose the hiyayoroshi (hiya-rock sake) from the list! I chose Hiyayogoroshi, which I had a little while ago.
The fact that it is distributed only in Kagawa Prefecture gives it a special feeling that makes me happy.
The aroma is mild and not particularly showy.
The smooth and mellow texture on the tongue is pleasant. The soft umami of the rice spreads gradually, and I wonder if the taste has matured and lost its corners after passing through the summer.
Compared to Daiginjo, it is not flashy, but it has a rounded sharpness or a soft sharpness? 😆
It is good for drinking while savoring it gradually!
I bought this on my way home from a lion dance dedication at the Yoimiya shrine in Hatada Hachiman. The stiff packaging made me think it would taste like old Japanese sake, but it was quite fruity and easy to drink. Delicious.
Trip to Shodoshima Island!
First sake from Kagawa, "Ayagiku sanuki olive".
I was told that they use olive yeast, which is typical of Shodoshima, and the aroma certainly has a very organic, earthy flavor. It smells like a mixture of banana and pear.
In the mouth, refreshing acidity spreads while the sweetness of the rice lightly spreads on the tongue.
The lingering aroma is not that fruity, but rather smooth and smooth.
It was a perfect accompaniment to the olive yellowtail.

The first time I opened the bottle, it had a delicious flavor and a dry taste,
When I drank it after a few days due to illness, I found it to be threefold: umami, spicy, and astringent,
It is delicious in its own way.
I think it was a good match with fish.
It is a shame that I drank it without understanding what it tasted like due to my poor health.
I'm going to take a break from beer today.
This is a shochu liquor. It is 25 degrees.
But it tastes like sake.
It is made from the same rice as Awamori, and it tastes more like sake than Awamori.
It has 25% alcohol, so you can feel something crisp when you drink it straight.
But it is delicious! If you like sake, you should buy it.
