It feels refreshing if you drink it chilled and compare it with ②. When it is close to room temperature, it is ≒②.

It said it was thick and dry.
Is it dry? I feel sweetness. It feels like umami. There is also a tangy feeling in the middle of the mouth. Is it dry? Is it dry? The mouth feel is smooth.
It goes well with a pot of soup stock.
For the record.
From the sweet aroma and soft mouthfeel, the sake has a very mild, yet sweet character that is in contrast to the aroma. Although there is some Yamadanishiki in this sake, I don't think there are many sake that can be made with Gohyakumangoku and have such a gorgeous sweet character. Thank you again for your hospitality tonight.
The nose has melon, banana and peach. The mouthfeel has a smooth, tart texture and a fluffy sweetness. It is delicious! And the aftertaste is light and refreshing.
I like the taste, the name, and the label. The raised cap of Brahma is also good.
This is one of my favorites that was recommended to me by a barista who recommended it to me.
Thanks 🙏.
In Fukui.
Fresh and gorgeous. The aftertaste is like the melting of snow and disappears quickly. The aroma is floral. It is similar to Saku, but has less acidity than Saku, making it an aperitif.
