National Sake Fair 2025 Osaka ③. Next we visited the Kumamoto Prefecture booth 😀. I heard that Mr. Taido, who I participated as a volunteer and was in charge of the fair the other day, was going to participate in the fair, so I went there to say hello to the president who took care of me, but I was disappointed that I couldn't meet him 🤣. I was disappointed that I could not meet him 🤣 although I was able to drink with him for the first time in a long time. I was also able to meet the president who was in charge of the event, but I could not meet him. I often drink Sundo, but this was my first time to try Hana-no-Kaosan 😀. The orthodox Sakurabana did not have the fizziness characteristic of San-do, but this OUKA was a seasonal draft sake with a delicious taste similar to San-do 😀. It had a high aroma, a fruity flavor, a sharp and delicate taste, and a slight sparkling sensation 😀. It's a pity that Sundo is available at the liquor store I go to, but Hana-no-Ka is not 😅.

Hi Yasubeyesan! When I visited the Kumamoto booth, the Hana-no-Ko tasting was closed and only sales were available 😥. I couldn't drink the Hana-no-Ko but I was lucky to be able to drink a freshly opened bottle of Kuyo Masamune 😋.

Hi Yasube, 🐦. I see that there are many kinds of sake from Kumamoto 😳I'm looking forward to seeing this event as I usually don't get to see them 😊.

Hi bouken 😀 I, on the contrary, had overlooked Kuhyo Masamune 😅. I went to the Kumamoto booth on Sunday before 11am, but at that time there wasn't so many crowds yet and there seemed to be enough flower incense 🤣.

Hi Pon-chan 😀 I was lucky because I don't see Kumamoto Prefecture's sake very often 😇. But Taido-san will be back in July for the Japanese Sake Festival, so please come to Osaka to visit us 😇.
