National Sake Fair 2025 Osaka ④
I visited the Kagawa Prefecture booth because I had only ever had sake from Kagawa Prefecture, Sanuki Kuraudai 😀.
The Kagawa booth has a great selection of sakes made with olive yeast 😀.
I don't know if it was the olive yeast or not, but all the sakes were delicious with a fruity sourness, but I especially liked this one because it had the most beautiful sourness😇.
At the end of the tour, I had a chance to talk with the brewer on Shodoshima and I was very interested in his work, so I would like to visit him on Shodoshima someday 😇.
