National Sake Fair 20259 I have bought Nagato Kyo itself at a department store before, but I was attracted by the golden label😅. Polishing ratio 50%, Hagi Yamadanishiki 15 degrees, Sake degree -1.0, Acidity 1.6 2200 yen Strong taste. It has a full-bodied taste. The best in Yamaguchi except for Kinjaku. Here comes Mr. Ikoma again! He asked me how long I was in Yamaguchi, so I moved to the Ibaraki booth 😁.

National Sake Fair 2025⑧ Nishiki Sekai by Takeuchi Sake Brewery in Hofu City The staff at the booth said, "It's made with Koriyako! said the staff at the booth. It's a rarity, isn't it? Polishing ratio 50%, 16.9 degrees, Sake degree -4.0, Acidity 1.5 3,500 yen It tastes quite beautiful. I didn't expect it because the label was plain, but it's better than I expected.

National Sake Fair 2025⑦ I've bought Yachiyo Sake before at the limited-time Yamaguchi Prefecture Antenna Shop, but this is my first time at ROOM! I've seen sakewa and other sake on SNS for quite a while but never seen it in Kansai liquor stores. Polishing ratio 50% Yamadanishiki 15%, 1900 yen The taste is quite unique. I don't think it has Junmai Daiginjo-like taste. I was impressed that Nemuchi-san said it tasted like apricots. I read a review of sake-no-wa that said it was fruity and sweet, but... It's sweet, but I have an impression that it's a bit peculiar. I think it's right that it smells like apricot seed 🤔. According to the internet, the specific name sake is Junmai Ginjo.

National Sake Fair 2025⑥ Takarafune Shirouonosato Junmai Daiginjo Sake made by Nakamura Shuzo in Hagi City Polishing ratio 35%, Yamadanishiki, Sake degree ±0, Acidity 1.3, 3300 yen Seems reasonably priced for a sake with a 35% polished rice ratio of Yamadanishiki and specifications. Hmmm, sour. Slightly ginjo aroma. Hard to drink 🤔. Around this area, we ran into Mr. Ikoma Sake Shop! He said he came to drink Kinjaku and after drinking Kinjaku, he left quickly to Ibaraki booth 😁.

National Sake Fair 2025⑤. I have had the opportunity to drink sake from the Kinbunshu Brewery last year at the Ikoma Sake Shop, which the store bought when they went to Yamaguchi. Sake from Kinbundo Sake Brewery in Kudamatsu City Rice polishing ratio 40%, Yamadanishiki 16%, Sake degree +5.0, Acidity 1.2 3,500 yen It is aromatic but tastes light. There are some off-flavor nuances, and it is subtle...

National Sake Fair 2025④. I don't know if it's necessary to drink sake here now, but it's expensive to buy it, so I thought it's been a while since I had a chance to drink it. Polishing ratio 23%, Yamadanishiki 15%, price 5,720 yen Well, I can't describe it well, but it tastes like an otter! It tastes fruity and sweet in the lineup I drank at this booth, but I think it's spicier than the sake I usually drink. The quality of the sake that they always serve with this quality is also great, and I can always drink it with confidence.

National Sake Fair 2025③. We are going to drink thoroughly an unknown brewery 😁. Yamaguchi City's Kinko's Yamatohka Polishing ratio 55% Yamadanishiki 15 Sake degree -1.0, Acidity 1.8, List price 1600 yen It has a clean, classic taste, but it is easy to drink without any habits. It is good during a meal. It tastes like it won't interfere with a meal.

National Sake Fair 2025②. First time at the Yamashiroya Sake Brewery. The brewery is located in Yamaguchi City Polishing ratio 50%, Yamadanishiki 15.5 degrees, price 2519 yen It is clear, acidic, and sour. The label says "Seller" and says that it is currently not brewed by the company, but produced by Yamagata Honten of Hobo Nagatsuru. I've been to ATC Hall a few times, but it's been about 20 years since I've been here. The first time was when I was in elementary school at a Cerezo fan club event, and later, when I was working part-time at a convenience store, I went to an exhibition for the employees several times.

Kunisake Fair 2025 Osaka (1) On Sunday, I attended the first ever Kunisake Fair in Osaka 😀. I was overwhelmed by the size and scale of the venue, but I was able to meet up with Eiji-san from Sake-no-wa and we had a great time 😇. At the booth I visited with Mr. Iji, the brewer asked me if I was with my family ❓... I wonder if Mr. Iji's grandparents saw us 🤣. First of all, I headed straight for the Yamaguchi Prefecture booth, my hometown 😀. I looked at the list of participating sake and toasted Kaorin with a Junmai Daiginjo from Kinjaku, which I had been looking forward to since the day before 🍶. Kinjaku is still delicious... a crisp, robust fruit with a sweet umami flavor that finishes off nicely 😇. In the end, we stayed for 3 hours yesterday, and the first and closing toast were both by Kinjaku 😇. I also had a great time talking about Shimonoseki with a brewer from my hometown, Amami, at the Yamaguchi booth, and it was the longest stay from the beginning 🤣.

Hi Wakata 😀 My first time at the National Sake Fair was great 😇 I was constantly looking around because there were only one or two bottles per brewery, so there were all kinds of sakes that are usually unavailable or too expensive for me to afford 🤣.

Hi Nao888 😀 I too thought the subway and the venue would be more crowded because of the Expo, but it wasn't at all 😀 Kinjaku-san is a one time home drinker that I got as a present from Kaorin for my birthday 🤣.

Hi, Izzy 😀 It was a pleasure to be with you too 😀. If Kaorin hadn't gotten drunk and it had been just me, I would have liked to attend the noon session too 🤣. It seems that you are well connected with the brewery in Saga 😇.

National Sake Fair 2025① The event that I had envied when I saw the postings of people from Kanto is finally in Kansai! I'm sure this will be the only time it will be held in Osaka... 💦 I heard tickets were sold out... This time, I participated in the event with Uma Uma Uma Uma and Nemuchi! Uma-Uma and Nemuchi were going to arrive the latest, but Uma-Uma was the first one to arrive 😳. It was a miracle that the entrance to the venue was right in front of the bus stop where we got off 🤣. The management had a situation that they showed us the wrong opening time and we were let out and had to get back in line 😅. Let's start with the Yamaguchi booth! I suggested that we start from Yamaguchi prefecture because they have a golden sparrow 😁. Polishing ratio 48%, 100% organic Yamadanishiki Alcohol 16%, price 5500 yen The first certified organic sake in Yamaguchi Prefecture! It has a pineapple and fruity taste that is typical of Kinjaku! More beautiful than Junmai Ginjo, but not light and drinkable.

Hi bouken 😀 I was there the following Sunday so I'm sorry we didn't meet 😅. I had decided to go to Kinjaku first with Kaorin in my prior research, and it was my favorite sake among all the ones we drank this time😇.
