Nagurayama Shuzo's Aizu Shikon is brewed in Aizu Wakamatsu City. First time drinking at Japanese Sake Festival Osaka ③. This is Okuhida-san, which I really got for the first time 😀. The first green sparkling sake was quite tasty, but the one that surprised me the most was this Tokujun Hi-ire 😇. The nuance of the flavor was more like Jungin than Tokujun 😀 It had the flavor of rice, but also had the taste of rice. The overall flavor was cohesive while still having the deliciousness of rice 😀.
