I bought this sake for heating sake in winter. Nice to meet you.
It's cold today, so I warmed up sake. Dinner was dice steak, vegetable soup, grilled eggplant and tomato cheese. It has a strong flavor and a dry sharpness.

It is a good sake with a sweet and sour taste like Calpis soda. Easy to drink. I first bought it about 6 years ago when I visited the brewery. At that time I visited Aizuwakamatsu in late March and was able to buy it.

It has a melon-type aroma, sweetness, and later a bitter taste. It is a sweet delicious sake. The bitterness is accentuated and lingers a little. Easy to drink.
