Wakamatsuya. Reserved and purchased. Banana type aroma. Explosion of sweetness. Bitterness and astringency with a little lingering bitterness. I enjoyed it with grilled Spanish mackerel kama marinated in miso, chicken in a clear soup, and cabbage salad. It went well with miso pickles. It also goes well with Zunda rice cakes.

Fukuhara Sake Shop Banana aroma. Sticky and sweet with a strong sweetness. It is not heavy and has a slightly astringent aftertaste and sharpness. It is a delicious sake on its own. We enjoyed it with tuna butts, Ippohtei's yakisai with lots of onions, grilled beef bacon, and sumashi (clear soup). I think its strong flavor is not overpowered by the beef oil. I would like to try it with sukiyaki, meat and potatoes, etc.

Mutoya. Urakasumi and Ichinokura collaboration sake. 100% Sasanishiki Dry sake made by combining the original sake from both breweries. The aroma is banana-like. It is a refreshing sake with little sweetness and umami flavor. It is a delicious sake that can be drunk smoothly. There is a slight astringent taste at the end. We enjoyed it with boiled rice and chicken skin ponzu.

Muto Sake Shop. Miyagi Prefecture only. Banana aroma, little sweetness. Strong flavor, The alcohol taste is strong and sharp. We enjoyed it with grilled kichiji crackers from the Shiogama Marine Products Wholesale Market with butter and potato miso soup. It has a strong flavor, but the freshness and alcoholic taste give it a nice sharpness. You will get drunk very quickly.

Mutou-ya, Matsushima Coast Mutoya-san by the Matsushima sightseeing boat pier Buy Miyagi's Kura Sake Shop Original Melon aroma, a little sweet gasiness, alcohol, acidity and a little astringency with a clear aftertaste. Fukuhara Sake Shop's hanpukai The color is yellowish. The aroma is little and seems classical. It has a delicious flavor and acidity, and does not feel the density of 17 degrees Celsius. When you drink it, it is not classical, but rather dark and modern. We enjoyed it with beef stew, sardine stew, and salad. Because of its acidity and dark flavor, this sake goes well with thick oily food and thickly simmered dishes, and the acidity makes it a refreshing match.

Wholesaler garage sale in Itabashi The warehouse product was 500 yen, so I bought it. It is a sparkling wine injected with carbon dioxide gas. Slightly banana aroma. Slightly sweet to gassy and dry. I would like to buy the special junmai if it is still available. I imagine that the special junmai might be similar to the Tasake special junmai.

Fukuharasan's hanpukai This sake was made by renting a place at Saku's brewery to make Tenga Nishiki. It has a melon-type aroma. There is a little sweetness to umami, astringency, and acidity. The final taste is refreshing. It has the atmosphere of Saku. It has less sweetness than Saku. We enjoyed it with miso-pickled silver fillets, salad, and chicken in a clear soup with lots of ingredients. I think it is a food sake with a strong flavor.

Fukuhara-san's hanpukai I let it sit for half a year. We enjoyed it with the lean beef tataki we got at the Shinagawa Meat Market Festival, Chawesen night flavor, salad, and soup. Melon aroma, a little sticky sweetness to a short lingering sourness, and a good sharpness. The best match was kinpira, a dish of lotus root. Jikin is a delicious sake.

Fujisawaya. Cemedine-type aroma and attack It has sweetness, umami, astringency, acidity, and gasiness. It is a sweet but not harsh sake with a refreshing taste. We enjoyed it with grilled pork with ginger, potato salad, soup, and soaked vegetables. I think it goes better with Western-style dishes than sashimi. It is a delicious sake that is easy to drink. The cost is very good. About 1,500 yen including tax.

It is a delicious sake with a good balance of sweetness, umami, and acidity that suits me. Wire Shop I was able to buy it again this year. Personally, this is my favorite sake from Nabeshima. It is a little gassy, sweet, and full of umami, but not heavy. I enjoyed it for a week in various ways. I enjoyed it with marinated fish, grilled and soaked chicken and eggplant at the end. There was a slight gassy feeling until the end.
