Wakamatsuya Tsukiji New Year's food shopping completed. We enjoyed the tuna butts from Tsukiji, a salad with loosened Kentucky Fried Chicken, and a soup made from soup stock made from boiled Kentucky Fried Chicken bones, which was warmed to lukewarm. The cold sake was sweet, while the lukewarm sake gave it a delicious flavor and sharpness.

Mr. Isego This sake has a melon-type aroma and gassy sweetness. I enjoyed it with motsu nabe (hot pot). It is becoming increasingly difficult to buy this sake, but if you have a chance to buy it, I would definitely like to buy this delicious sake. When I used to buy it at the brewery, it was in early spring. It was sold before the end of the year and ran out quickly. Ten years ago, I drank it while watching cherry blossoms.

Fukuhara Sake Shop Hanpukai November It is a sweet-umami sake. The raw gasiness is chirpy. We enjoyed it with chicken mizutaki. This sake goes well with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice). The slight cemedine feeling is also well balanced.

Fukuhara Sake Shop hanpukai Slightly cemedine-like. Delicious sake with a good balance of sweetness and sourness. I knew that Sentori had changed a lot of things, I knew SENKYO had changed a lot of things, but I couldn't find the right time to buy it, so I came across it in the hanpukai. Thank you Hanpukai. I enjoyed it with roasted duck. It helps to refresh the oil from the duck.

Fukuhara Sake Shop Hanpukai It has been laid down since summer. It has a tropical aroma and a strong sweetness. The sweetness is capped by sourness and weak bitterness. We enjoyed it with beef fillet steak and grilled vegetables. It seems to go better with meat than fish. Tare roasted meat seems to be a good choice.

Fukuhara Sake Shop hanpukai This is my first time drinking tangerine. This sake has a pleasant sweetness and acidity. The citrusy aroma like mandarin oranges and oranges, the acidity, and the slightly bitter taste make it refreshing and easy to drink. Wakamatsuya Tropical sweetness, flavor and good acidity, not heavy. We enjoyed it with grilled salmon halas, grilled swordfish with butter, pancetta cheese from Cardi's and a baguette. This is the first sake with a tropical flavor among Tasake. It also went well with mint raw chocolate from Lloyd's after dinner.

Mimasu Sake Shop When we asked for a good sake to warm up, we were offered several and chose this one. We enjoyed it with Higashi no Mono tuna sashimi and swordfish shabu shabu shabu.
