It was purchased at Amaha Shuho in Tokushima City. I had heard from my sister that it was delicious, and I was curious about it. I was able to get it when I visited the sake brewery in Seitama. I was finally able to get my hands on it when I visited Seitama's sake brewery. We opened a bottle at the office. This is the first time we have had "Shirasagi no Shiro", another name for Himeji Castle. At first I drank it at room temperature, and from the second glass I drank it on the rocks, and I could feel the gentle sweetness of the sake. The taste reminded me of Tengu Mai's Yamahai brewing. I prefer the Shirasagi no Shiro (castle of the egret), which is made with Nojoho.
