The rich umami, acidity, and piquancy are well felt.
Just when you are getting tired of summer sake
It is perfectly suited for the time when we are getting tired of summer sake!

I couldn't escape the label's gaze, lol.
Muscat and freshly peeled churned grape-like aroma.
The acidity is fresh and fruity despite being fire-aged.
A little later, the rice was added in a modern way.
It is indeed a little bit of rice in the mouth.
As the temperature rises, it becomes syrupy sweet.
Taste level ☆3.5/5

I was curious about this store.
It was fruity and was selected by a vassal selector.
It is quite sweet and smooth with a hint of ooze.
The label is impressive!
Of the 3 bottles I bought to win the right to win 🎯14yo in the liquor store lottery ⁉️...
The first bottle of sake 🍶.
On the first day, I thought it was slightly fizzy❓.
Refreshing and sharp ❗️
It softly reminds me of cider😃.
The second half has a pleasant bitterness from the sweetness. It's good 😋.
On the 3rd day, it is mellow with a real sense of fruit.
As the temperature range rises, the rice flavor 🌾 and richness are strongly felt 😋.
5th day, strong impression of bitterness in the second half 🤔.

They can only be bought in Yamaguchi Prefecture. I drank it at Kobe Inazuma.
Although it is 17% alcohol, it has a refreshing umami, pineapple-like fruitiness, and the high alcohol content leaves a dry feeling in the aftertaste.
If I had not had a bottle of Jyushiyo before this, it would have been the best sake of the day.
When I ordered Bikuyo, it was sold out, so I was introduced to a brand with a similar taste. It tasted fresh and had a slight effervescence, which I personally liked.
