Rigel gave me this 🍶. When poured, it is quite a bright yellow color 🥃. It has a strong taste when served cold. The flavor is rather unique right after opening the bottle. I let it sit for a week and heated it up 👍. Especially good when heated ✨. Certainly a three-digit retail price for this 🤣.

I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

I was attracted by the phrase "sake made from jikasai rice," which is grown without any pesticides and with only minimal organic fertilizers, so I bought it. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, and I was surprised at how clear the aroma and mouthfeel were! But the aftertaste is delicious with a terrible aftertaste and some miscellaneous flavors.

Second stop on the Takayama sake brewery tour. We visited Funasaka Sake Brewery. As usual, the tasting machine took care of us. I chose a junmai ginjo that seemed to suit me from the description. It was described as sweet, but I got the impression that it was medium sweet with no fruity taste. I wonder if it would be a sweet sake in this brewery's lineup? It tasted crisp.

First brand name Kita no Hana. It is a backroom deal with a sake teacher. Even if I say it is a backroom deal, he will sell me any rare sake at the same price I bought it from the liquor store, and even if I tell him I will take care of the transportation costs, he stubbornly refuses to accept it. I told them that if I sold them at a higher price, the liquor store would take me on as a reseller, and after that, they would never sell me rare sake. The fact that you can normally drink Jyushiyo at home is based on the mutual trust between the seller and the buyer. Kita no Hana, the label is very attractive. I don't detect much of the Kamitatekoso, but there is a round, unfamiliar aroma in the back of the bottle. The mouthfeel is moist, calm, and elegant with sweetness and soft umami, and the rounded aroma in the aftertaste is fruity.
