First time drinking at Japanese Sake Festival Osaka ③. This is Okuhida-san, which I really got for the first time 😀. The first green sparkling sake was quite tasty, but the one that surprised me the most was this Tokujun Hi-ire 😇. The nuance of the flavor was more like Jungin than Tokujun 😀 It had the flavor of rice, but also had the taste of rice. The overall flavor was cohesive while still having the deliciousness of rice 😀. I heard that this sake is also available in a raw type, but unfortunately it was not exhibited this time 🤣. But I would like to taste the raw version again 😀.

Hi Yasube, 😊I've only had it about 4 times, but I like the first green a lot 🥳. It's good both fire-roasted and fresh 😋. I've had it about 4 times 🜸 but the raw one is even better (personally), so please give it a try 🥰.
