Aromas of rum, pear and coolness.
Lemon-like acidity in the bottle, from pear fruity to
Light cooked rice feeling.
Finally, bitterness, minerality and crispness.
Modern and natural taste.
It is delicious when pulled off smoothly.
Does not go well with salty white fish with a strong salty corner.
Maybe a little more cheese or pickles,
It would go well with cheese, pickles, or a wine-like entrée,

On this day, we celebrated the promotion of our business partner's immediate past. Congratulations on becoming an executive at a young age! He loves sake, so we invited him to this restaurant. The first set of sake tasting was these three bottles. This was my first time to try this sake. It is mellow and delicious.
Mild but fresh sweet and sour with a white grape-like flavor.
The aftertaste is tart and mineral, not harsh, but with a lingering flavor.

Slightly sweet aroma with a hint of acidity.
Slightly gassy on the palate. Sour and refreshing. A little sweetness remains at the back of the tongue with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
I drank it at room temperature, but it would be even better if it were chilled.
The aroma is not so strong.
When you drink it, it is soft, light, sweet and deliciously syrupy.
Slightly field green and spicy hop-like aroma with a tangy spiciness.
Spicy hop-like aroma with a tangy pungency.
Dense flavor but light texture.
The cohesiveness is (p)ummer.

Today, NEW ENGI❗️ its Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu❗️❗️ from Yamanouchi Town located in Shiga Kogen, Nagano Prefecture.
The aroma is a stimulating and refreshing aroma that reaches deep into the nose of the sake❗️After a sip, you will feel a concentrated texture on the tongue, followed by a raw tingling sensation and a sharp astringency❗️A good sake for a mid-meal drink⭕️
Ki" seems to be written as "㐂".
Ki-bu" in three-seven. I couldn't help but smile.
The taste of Miyamanishiki is concentrated and has a good flavor! It is served with chicken salt hot pot.
