A somewhat nostalgic aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a light sweetness. After that, it tastes sour and bitter. It has a strong taste, which I like.
As far as I know personally, this is the first brewer since Seimasamune and Hanazumi to use the four-step glutinous rice brewing method.
Purchased at a sake brewery.
To be honest, the appearance makes you wonder if it is safe to drink. The appearance of the brewery makes me wonder if they are all right, but the sake is delicious and they have a sake brewed with Odawara's specialty ume (plum).
It is nice that there are several sake breweries along the Sako River.
