Koshinotsuru壱醸 ドメーヌ雷 純米原酒
おっ
common squid (Todarodes pacificus)
It has a citrusy aroma. Soft mouthfeel, acidity, and a hint of sweetness. Fruity, but with a strong aroma of rice in the depths. It is good. It is delicious. Quite to my liking.
We bought it at a liquor store in Niigata City.
I went to the Niigata Sake-no-Taien (Sake Festival). While enjoying a bottle of Hi-iri Ichijozo Junmai at the Koshi Meijo booth, I asked about the special feature of this sake, which is that it is named "domaine ikazuchi" and is made from local rice. Nagaoka? I was surprised to hear that it is made with local rice.
I have no good photos because they are blurry, so I'll add photos of the trip to and from Toki Messe.
Note that typing in "Sake no Wani Ichibrew" will associate it with a liquor store.
