dreary old man Aroma of rice. Dry and sharp. But there is also acidity and a hint of sweetness. Numbness and astringency on the tongue. Delicious. When heated, the softness comes forward. It has two sides. I have the impression that Shinanonishiki is a sake brewer that makes quite sharp sake. We bought it at Miyajima Sake Brewery in Ueda. Zankuro's brewery is Miyajima Sake Shop in Ina. QR code on the back of the label allows you to watch a cool video. zankuro.net Let's sip a little sake and soak in the intoxication, Zankuro!

Great Anglo-American War (Sweden vs. Russia, Poland, Denmark, Sri Lanka, etc.) Sweet apple aroma. Light. Slightly sweet, fruity acidity, apple-like. It is easy to drink due to its slightly low alcohol content of 14 degrees. Delicious. It was very hot on the day of drinking, but now that it is cooler, it tastes good warmed up again. We bought this sake at the Omachi drinking event on 9/6. This sake seems to have sold well. Delicious. By the way, we were also able to taste Iyari, which is also a pure rice sake, but it is said to be made by changing something (ambiguous). They are totally different in taste and both were delicious. Photo 3 shows Daikokuten near the brewery. Origin of Daikoku.

Yaghi Dam Due to aging? Slightly sour aroma. Sake smell. Sweet and strong taste. Soft aroma of rice. Softly leaves a numb feeling on the tongue. Delicious. There is sand under the cap and you can feel the passage of time in the dam. Purchased at the dam sake festival site. I didn't feel much difference between 0, 1, and 2 year aged sake, but I bought the one with a longer aging period. It contains brewer's alcohol and sugar, but I'm not a Junmai-shu believer, so I enjoy sake.

good luck 9/9 hiyaoroshi ban (Nagano). Aroma of Japanese pear or apple and yogurt. Slightly sweet, soft sourness comes and drool. Delicious. It has the taste of Nagano Prefecture's sake, which is soothing. Delicious. Purchased at a liquor store. The system is that you can get the right to purchase rare sake with the ticket you get according to the amount of your purchase. Friendly to regular customers and heavy drinkers. Tends to expire. Kisofukushima sake brewery with an impressive toji (master brewer) who looks like a comic storyteller. Zenkichi is only available at special dealers, so this may be a first for home-drinking.

sound of a kunbei First, sweetness. Slowly sourness. The taste is strong. Saliva is splashing. I like it very much. This is delicious. On the way home from the dam sake festival, I went to Liquor Shop Otake near Chikusa Station in search of local sake from Aichi Prefecture. There were some eye-catching sake from outside of the prefecture, but there was a large selection of sake from Aichi, Gifu, and Mie, especially Isobeki. This sake may possibly be available only here. Isun-hate, clear azure sky, or true?

Ori-Kawa dam A comparison of sake matured in the dam with different ages. 0 years old: Brilliant aroma. 1 year old Dry, light, and light. Slight sweetness. Round. 2 years old Yellow color. Aromatic aroma. More rounded. All three have different tastes, depending on the age of aging. But they are all made in different ways. Dam Sake Festa ~Maturity 3rd STAGE 2025~ is being held at Nagoya TV Tower Park on 9/13,14. This is a good event where you can enjoy drinking sake from 13 dam-aged sake breweries in Aichi and Gifu with the exemption of being able to study dams. The sake comparison set is a good deal. Nagoya-meshi (Nagoya food) is also delicious.

It is refreshing and yet delicious. It has an aroma of rice and is very tasty. This is the second time I have tasted this sake since I had it last year in Shizuoka. I am currently exploring the izakayas in front of Matsumoto station. But it will cost me a lot, so I'll keep it moderate. A teishoku-ya (set meal restaurant) that we had been curious about near Tai Man's well has moved to the second floor of Moriyoshi. We were able to have a drink at the opening celebration. The accessories decorated inside the restaurant and the waitresses' outfits are cute. But the manager is the cutest of all. You can also drink Gokotsuru. It's a good thing.

It is very soft, you can taste the flavor of the rice, and it is gradually delicious. It is also delicious warmed. The price is high because it takes a lot of time and effort. They are not making it this year due to lack of snow and other reasons. The 15th North Alps Yumi-Walk 9/6 13:00-18:00 Hakuba Nishiki is playing 80's hit songs. Clean, sweet taste. Aroma: fragrant and sweet, with a hint of sourness. A little sourness. Delicious with a refined taste. Even though I have been drinking it for a long time, I still love the rich, sweet, and easy-to-understand taste of Kitayasu Brewery. The 15th North Alps Yumi-Walk 9/6 13:00-18:00 By 5:00 p.m., customers are ready and the place is fun.

Dairy-like aroma. Soft, refreshing, and delicious warmed. The 15th North Alps Sake Festival 9/6 13:00-18:00 All-you-can-drink festival at Ichinoya, Hakuba Nishiki, and Kitaan Okuni breweries if you pay the entry fee. Ichinoya's DJ played music and even had a mirror ball, making the event even more flamboyant than last year's. The sake was good, but not great. But the sake is good. It's a shame.

one's true character being written in bold and simple letters Strong sweetness and bitterness. It is so thick that it makes your tongue chatter. So ice is added. The bitterness and numbness disappear and change to a refreshing sweetness. It is delicious. For some reason, it smells like cake sponge. I bought this sake at a sake brewery on my way back from Kanagawa during Obon vacation. The obfuscated kanji in the name of the sake is the name of the place where the rice is grown. The label is cut in the shape of Mt. I bought the undiluted version, but they also sell a watered-down version.

Iyari-ri, Aki-agari and horten. Aroma like yogurt. Slightly sweet and delicious. It is well chilled, which is a big help. Due to the extremely hot weather, the rice is hard and difficult to dissolve, and Kitayasu Brewery, which is particular about sweet sake, is having a hard time making it. Thank you for the delicious sake. Hashigo-zake no utage @ Matsumoto August 30, 2025 12:00 - 16:30 A town bar event where you can enjoy food and Nagano sake at 24 restaurants in front of Matsumoto station. It was delicious and fun. It's the most important thing. Aroma like dried fruit and smell of alcohol. Sourness, astringency, and drooling. The mouthfeel is like water. The last aroma is softly of rice. Medium. Purchased at a sake brewery. A large sake brewery that brews a wide variety of local beers. This sake is brewed with local rice from Isehara. I was told by an acquaintance from Isehara that this sake is brewed with local rice, I have heard that Isehara is pronounced "Ise↑hara↓," but it makes me feel weird. I have been careful about the pronunciation of Isehara ever since I heard this, but it came in handy for the first time today. If you overdo it, it is Isehara.

Kanei Sake Brewery Shirasasazazumi (literally, "shirasazazumi") Surprisingly difficult to read. Melon-like aroma. It has a soft mouthfeel and a persistent sweetness. Full of aroma and flavor of rice. Easy to drink. I like it. Purchased at a sake brewery. Located next to Hadano Sports Park. The brewery has developed a series of all Hadano-made sake called the Miraizake Series, and in addition to Shika, they have also released Daichi and Kanaehane, both with names that make my heart tingle. Photo 3 shows the Shirasasa Inari Shrine, which is associated with the Shirasasa drum. I was bitten by mosquitoes.

Pear or watermelon? Aroma like pear or watermelon. It spreads mellowly. Slightly dry and firm taste. Delicious and tasty. Purchased at a sake brewery. A little further along a busy road, you will find rice fields. The sake brewery is a beautiful building standing in the middle of the rice paddies. It seems that they are particular about locally produced rice. Indeed, I have never heard of Kanagawa-grown Yamadanishiki.

Sogawara-Homare A somewhat nostalgic aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a light sweetness. After that, it tastes sour and bitter. It has a strong taste, which I like. As far as I know personally, this is the first brewer since Seimasamune and Hanazumi to use the four-step glutinous rice brewing method. Purchased at a sake brewery. To be honest, the appearance makes you wonder if it is safe to drink. The appearance of the brewery makes me wonder if they are all right, but the sake is delicious and they have a sake brewed with Odawara's specialty ume (plum). It is nice that there are several sake breweries along the Sako River.

Matsuo Bird Day Fair (held at Otori Shrine on each Day of the Bird in November) Fairly dry. Soft. The astringency is probably due to the storage conditions. The tongue and throat are a bit sticky. You are also Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture, aren't you? Purchased at a sake brewery. It is conveniently located in front of Matsuda Station and Shin-Matsuda Station. The shutters on the sales floor were closed, but when we asked at the office, they opened them for us. The sake brewery has a good reputation among local pubs.

Rhododendron oomurasaki (species of purple azalea) When I put it in my mouth, it smelled delicious when heated, so I had it hot. Soft, slightly acidic. Slightly sour. Slightly acidic. Mmmm. Purchased at a sake brewery. Near Lake Tsukui. I was impressed by the very friendly and loud proprietress. The sake brewing equipment is right next to the sales floor and is very powerful. But even if you visit the brewery during the brewing season, the work is finished early in the morning.

family crest Mild aroma, slightly citrusy. Dry, but slowly sweetens as it sits on the tongue. Bitterness and numbness remain. A soothing taste while drinking. Maybe because the rice is from Nagano Prefecture. Purchased at a sake brewery. It is a small brewery run by a family in a large house. The wind chime has a strip of paper written by a child with a high level of awareness. Since it was my first visit to the brewery, I bought a bottle of sake, which is said to be the most popular.

Oya Takashi Brewery Slightly yogurt aroma. Dry, slightly effervescent, dry impression. After the first sip, a juicy sensation with acidity. Good sharpness and a little bitterness remains. Delicious, or rather, scores well. Returned home from Kanagawa. The first shot, I chose a cold one. We bought it at a sake brewery. Two big trees. The sake brewer recommended this one because it is said that it is a Yamahai (mountain haku) sake while Zanso Horai (I couldn't read it) is a Shoryu Horai (readable) sake. Since I accidentally bought a bottle of raw sake, I tried my best to keep it cool for about two days in a car in the middle of summer. Photo 4 shows the head mound of the battle of Mimase near the brewery. The head mound of the battle of Mimase is located near the brewery.
