Wang Luk Brewery
Takemichi Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered
A refreshing, green apple-like aroma.
The first sip is sweet and slightly acidic.
The first sip is sweet and slightly acidic, but it doesn't feel like it has 17.5 degrees. It has a beautiful flavor with little bitterness. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink.
At the time of acquisition (at the time of release from the brewery), this bottle had been stored for some time.
I imagined that it would have a stronger sake-like attack since it is called "Oroku," but the impression was surprisingly clear, sweet, and delicious.
Tonight, the three-day weekend is over, so I opened a bottle of this for a nightcap.
Jouki blue 2018 2025 Special Limited Shipment✨
This is the 2018 version of the old sake, following the 2017 one.
From the standing aroma, it has a soft aroma of cocoa and chocolate ripeness, similar to 2017. The attack has the impression that it still has the clear acidity and citrusy lemon freshness of when it was made, but from the middle, it is mainly sweet and delicious with aged honey, Shaoxing wine, and noble wine, making it a great sleeping wine 😋😋😋😋.
The finish is back to a dry aftertaste, but it's only a year younger, but overall it's more dry than sweet, which I personally liked 😊.
Much heavier sweetness
No tanginess
Heavy taste
Serve with fried lettuce
The strong flavor of the lebanilla lightens the strong flavor of the sake.
Sweetness, acidity, and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste
Tonight, the classic Kame-no-o ran out very quickly, so I opened a bottle of this Nezake 💁.
Jokei blue 2017 2025 special limited shipment 🔵.
This is a long aged sake from the Jokei series by Oroku. It is a long-aged sake from the Jokei series by Wang Lu. The aroma is a sweet bouquet of refined caramel and chocolate. The mouthfeel is surprisingly smooth, but then the concentrated sweetness and richness spreads out, giving the sensation of drinking a caramel macchiato at Starbucks 🍨😋😋😋😋 It was not difficult to drink, but a beautiful matured bottle that has undergone beautiful aging😊.

Jouki blue 10 years aged sake
The freshness and lushness of the blue character.
The aging process has made it mellow and mild with a deliciously acidic taste.
It becomes more delicious as it matures without losing its individuality.
This was the first time I drank a draft sake! I think that's what my senpai meant when he said that it had a strong punch but no corners. I drank 3 kinds of sake that day, including Urakasumi and Yuho, but I liked this one the best!
