I have been to Shimane Prefecture many times, but this is the first time I have tasted this sake. 2021 length diameter, 17.5 alcohol by volume, it was not fruity or light, but delicious and made me think this is Japanese sake. It made me want to visit Shimane Prefecture.

I overheard a report that there are many core fans, so I bought a bottle to try it out. I have had Oroku before, but how about this one? From the smell, it is already a classic. I can feel the aroma of grains. The taste is indeed classic dry, but it is not difficult to drink. The smooth mouthfeel, mellow flavor, and strong bitterness make for a sharp finish. If I were to drink it, I would say it is a food sake. It is understandable that there are people who like it.

It is a bit schwiffy and has a grapefruit aroma, but leaves a bitter taste that clings a bit to the tongue. One of the May hanpukai from Sumino Sake Shop. I thought it was Oroku from its appearance, but upon closer inspection, it turned out to be Jogei. I still don't know the difference between Oroku and Jogi label, but it was grapefruity and tasty anyway, so that's good👍. Morning Drinking Raku Sake Corner Report 2️⃣ The second drink was Oroku, not Jogei. I thought it was Oroku on the label and drank it halfway through. Unlike the image, it is dry and has a mineral taste, but it goes down well. I thought Jouki sounded like a person's name, but it turned out to be the toji's name💦. Sumino's label on the back is perfect ✨.

It's very drinkable, ah. It's another elusive taste that I can't quite grasp, sweet, spicy, and acidic, but it's dark and robust. And I don't know if "beautiful" is the right word to describe it, that's about all I can say with my vocabulary, but, well, it tastes like that. So if I don't restrain myself, I drink more and more. I was at a sake bar in Akabane once and asked for a dry, clear recommendation! I remember it was delicious, so I'm glad! The taste is clean and clear! You can also taste the umami of the rice. The package is very cool 😎. The taste is not overshadowed by the cool packaging!
