Junmai Ginjo 🍶 Henohenomoheji 😅 All of it is made from Yamada Nishiki 🌾 without agricultural chemicals in its own fields. Fairly yellow, strong acidity, matured. Daruma Masamune-like. Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop, 2,690 yen per bottle. I thought it tasted a little strong right after opening the bottle, but after replacing the bottle with a 4-gou bottle, I started sipping it slowly, and the strength of the alcohol (15%) became less noticeable. It is like a local sake, and the bitterness in the aftertaste is a bit of a problem, but...it soaks into your guts...it goes well with strong flavored snacks...smoked hoya and stewed tuna...I enjoy it with a little bit of it....

Today in Tokyo, it snowed and turned a little white. And today, February 5, is "nigori no hi (day of nigori). If so, here it is, although it is not a white nigori. It is a low-alcohol (11 degrees Celsius) pink nigori sake. The bottle was opened easily without any bumps and bruises. Pour it into a glass with a dokudoku, or sloshing.
