The fourth cup was "Asakayousei"! I was curious about this one, as I have only seen Shiga sake such as "Shichibonjari" and "Shoki Shoki". The aroma is apple-like. The mouthfeel is fresh, with a gaseous and hinted aroma that reminds me of a tank! The sweet and sour taste of green apple and the overflowing flavor is addictive ✨.

Sake Tasting Gacha at Sasaki Sake Brewery This is another sake limited to the brewery. It was sold in a refrigerator, but I'm not sure if it was fresh sake or not. Gorgeous and fruity. Dry but delicious. 4gou 5500 yen 😱. Most of the high-end sake was made with 1801 yeast.

I bought it at a sake shop in Kintetsu Department Store. I can't read "mother-of-pearl" 🤣I heard it is read as "Uzume", but if you type "den" for mother-of-pearl in your phone, it will come up 😁. If I lived a normal life, I would never use this kanji 😅. I got the impression it's a pineapple with a bit of bitterness 🍍. It was sweeter when I tasted it, so maybe it's sweeter after some time, but it's 500ml and I can't wait that long 🤣. Maybe the aroma is a bit peculiar.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store's Sake Tour. The label is a sheep kept at the brewery. It has a slight sweetness, and is full, rich, and powerful. It has a strong richness. It might be good if it is laid down. There are graininess and nutty nuances. I guess it's normal for a good price. I didn't buy Yamahai because I didn't want the similar taste to continue, but Yamahai might have been better... It's the third day, but I think it's getting sweeter and tastier than the first day.

Rice used is something from Mie Prefecture Aged for 4 years, pale amber in color. Smoky and graininess with the color as it is. The sweetness is elegant, and the spiciness in the aftertaste has an impact on the throat and nose. It is a little peculiar, but I personally like it! National Sake Fair 2025 in Osaka_55 Fukui Prefecture Booth ⑦ Hatakeyama Sake Brewery is located in Imajo, an inn town in Minami-Echizen-cho, Nanjo-gun. Representative brands are Yuki Kirara and Hyakkibune. ◉Yuki Kirara Sakahomare Junmai Daiginjo The flavor is citrusy, acidic, and slightly reminiscent of yogurt. It is quite likeable and delicious. It is a small brewery with only three people working on it, but they will be awarded the Kura Master Platinum in 2023 for this sake. When I drink Sakahomare, I often associate it with yogurt with citrus.

It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip. We started the day with a beer toast! After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time! I think it was the highest temperature! Not much aroma. Not much aroma, but the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink without getting stuck in your throat! It was a perfect match for a kaiseki meal. It was a hit with my wife. By the way, our trip to Izu was the same as last year! The hot springs are great!

On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. It's a dark, strong tasting sake that goes well with meat 👍️. I forgot to take a picture but the char-grilled chicken sold as a set is really hard 🤣. I have only a calendar day off, but I work on Saturday even though it's the first day of GW. I opened 3 bottles in a flash 👍️.
