Sake Tasting Gacha at Sasaki Sake Brewery This is another sake limited to the brewery. It was sold in a refrigerator, but I'm not sure if it was fresh sake or not. Gorgeous and fruity. Dry but delicious. 4gou 5500 yen 😱. Most of the high-end sake was made with 1801 yeast.

Nakasendo Walk (1) Nakasendo (mountain trail) walk after a year and a half On the first day, we will walk about 10 km from Wada-juku to Kasatori Pass, beyond Suwa. You can enjoy the townscape with many places that still remain, such as the main lodge. Wisteria, azalea, and cherry blossoms were also in bloom. I bought this at a convenience store. A 1 gou PET bottle with a cap that turns into a cup. It's classic, tasty, refreshing, and slightly spicy. It goes down quickly and easily 😆. Next to it is a craft beer from Karuizawa! Fruity, refreshing and delicious 🍺.

It's just the two of us on the second day of our trip. We started the day with a beer toast! After the second beer, my wife had beer and I had sake, cold yesterday and hot this time! I think it was the highest temperature! Not much aroma. Not much aroma, but the mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink without getting stuck in your throat! It was a perfect match for a kaiseki meal. It was a hit with my wife. By the way, our trip to Izu was the same as last year! The hot springs are great!

On the first day of GW, the 29th, I purchased sake that goes well with meat 🥩. It's a collaboration product of Kumamoto's sake brewery "Zuitaka" and "Gullitcheu Fukushima" wrote the label. It's a dark, strong tasting sake that goes well with meat 👍️. I forgot to take a picture but the char-grilled chicken sold as a set is really hard 🤣. National Sake Fair 2025 in Osaka_55 Fukui Prefecture Booth ⑦ Hatakeyama Sake Brewery is located in Imajo, an inn town in Minami-Echizen-cho, Nanjo-gun. Representative brands are Yuki Kirara and Hyakkibune. ◉Yuki Kirara Sakahomare Junmai Daiginjo The flavor is citrusy, acidic, and slightly reminiscent of yogurt. It is quite likeable and delicious. It is a small brewery with only three people working on it, but they will be awarded the Kura Master Platinum in 2023 for this sake. When I drink Sakahomare, I often associate it with yogurt with citrus.

National Sake Fair 2025 part52 Fukui Prefecture⑥ Hatakeyama Sake Brewery in Minami Echizen Town Snow Kirara has been bartered with Mr. Jive for a drink in the past. Polishing ratio 40%, SakaHomare 15%, Sake degree +1, Acidity 1.8 3,630 yen Beautiful and muscat-like. I thought it was interesting to see the gap between the sake quality and that of the rough or first pressing 🤔. I forgot to take a picture of it, so I borrowed it from Mr. Neemuchi.

This is my favorite Hakutsuru 🍶. The black bottle with navy blue label is kind of cool 🥰. It is sold only in Aomori. The first aroma is slightly sweet. The palate has a full-bodied sweet flavor that is typical of Hanafukuyuki. It has a beautiful mouthfeel, partly due to the 50% polishing. The sharpness is not bad either. I want to buy a bottle next year and drink it carefully 🤔.

It doesn't feel special, but it's a nice sake that goes perfectly with a meal. It wasn't stingy at all. I can't read the label. It's black, which is what a beginner in calligraphy did.
