When I went back to my parents' house, I didn't have any sake in stock, so I bought this bottle at a nearby supermarket. It was sold for about 1,000 yen in an ordinary supermarket that rarely stocks sake, so I honestly thought it would be good if I could drink it, but it turned out to be a very tasty sake that greatly exceeded my expectations 😆. It has an elegant sweetness and a light mouthfeel that breaks up nicely without any miscellaneous flavours, making it a good all-round sake that can be drunk alone or with food👍. The sake has been awarded the Gold Medal in the Wine Glass Sake Award 2020😄. It's a great sake to drink alone or with food.

The first bottle we opened at the beginning of the New Year was a bottle of "Fuku Chitose Namae Junmai Dry Taste" brewed with the prefecture's original sake rice "Sakahomare", which was grown in Fukui. This is the third time this season that sake made with Sakahomare has been brewed. The sake brewery says that this is the third year they have brewed this sake, not the third year of honesty, but the third year of confidence. The warming sake was recommended, so we tried it lukewarm to finish the saké. I've always been curious about it because I often see it at Takashimaya, but this is my first time to drink it. The rice is Asahi rice and Yamadanishiki. It is fresh and has a strong sweet flavor, but the aroma and taste are a bit unique. I also feel a bit of hardness. I'll give it some more time and see how it goes. Apple and honey-like sweetness with a sense of thickening.

I bought a lot of things at Tokyu Hands Hokkaido Fair. I was so excited that I bought a lot of things such as Ika-meshi (squid rice), Ichigen's shrimp shio ramen, Hori's walnut rice cake, and Hanabatake's karintou. Unfortunately, there were only about three kinds of sake, so we chose this one. The impression I got from drinking it was that it was refreshing. It has a low alcohol content of 13 degrees, which makes it easy to drink. It's dry but not harsh, so even those who prefer sweetness can enjoy it. I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.
