Saw it in a convenience store and bought it. Low alcohol sake with 5% alcohol content I'm not a strong sake drinker, so I get a little drunk after 2-3 gos of sake, but this one looks like it won't get me drunk at all! It's like a juice! No "shwashy" feeling, sweetness comes first, then sourness. The taste does not linger so much. It tastes like sakekasu (sake lees), and it's a taste of sake. There is a slightly peculiar aroma in the nose (a little bit bitter). I wish all sake were this low in alcohol content so I could try different flavors... Serve with Gouda cheese and salmon kimchi The cheese has a peculiar aroma that disappears nicely and goes well with the sake. Kimchi may not be a good match because the taste is too strong and all you can taste is the sourness of the argos.

The last sake we had at Kyoto Stand Kiyo Kiyo was "Toyoyo Junmai Dry Musou" by Mukai Shuzo, also from the Tango region. The rough and powerful label may represent the fishing scene in this area. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami flavor and the aroma of rice is crisp and full. Even though it is called "Dry Musou", it has a hint of sweetness, which makes it a delicious cup. It has been a long time since I have had a good drink, and the best part of drinking outside by myself is that I can drink slowly while considering what to drink and what snacks to go with it, while keeping an eye on my pocketbook. I returned home refreshed both mentally and physically. From next time, I will introduce some of the sakes I took at the beginning of the year!

7/10 Mukai Sake Brewery is well-known for Ine Mangaka. The image of the brewery is that they have a variety of challenging sake. This one is a crisp sake made with 100% Awa Yamadanishiki. It is said to warm up well, so I tried it at room temperature, lukewarm, and even hot. It certainly has a fuller flavor.
