This is the first time I've ever drunk Mizuho-no-ka sake rice, and this bottle, with its pleasant umami and lingering aftertaste, was certainly a taste I haven't experienced very often!

It seems to be the second day after opening the bottle, but it was a bottle with a slight foam, a fruity aroma like apples, and a strong rice flavor that I could enjoy!
