I opened a bottle of the first new sake of the year, Hana-yoso and Miyamanishiki, and from this year, if I have a bottle, I will buy that one! HANAHODAKU Biyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu This year's Hanahyokyu was relatively sweet and tasty from the first day! Since it is a 1.5 litre bottle, it is best to let it sit for a few more days to let it lose some of its edge, so that you can enjoy its sweetness and flavor gradually.

I opened a bottle of this sake because I wanted to drink a delicious sake with a lot of gusto. Nabeshima Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Nabeshima's Tokujun and Junmai are also very tasty and affordable, but I sometimes drink Jun Dai because it has the stability of Junmai, even if it is a little more expensive! The umami flavor is so robust that you can enjoy it without any snacks, even if you drink it in small sips!

I had been ill for about 2 weeks and had hardly been able to drink recently, so I started my alcohol rehabilitation here. I often see Tasake's Tokujun, but it had been a while since I saw Yamadanishiki, so I bought it and opened the bottle! It was more refreshing and easier to drink than the seasonal Tasake!

We received a special Houou Mita Red Edition for the year-end and New Year's holidays. This is a Junmai Daiginjo made with 100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, but priced at a special 2,200 yen, which we didn't expect! It is a great way to enjoy a high-spec sake to your heart's content!

A bottle of Akabu F is opened to drink in winter! The fresh, clean, sweet and delicious taste that is typical of Akabu is combined with a great mouthfeel. The "F" stands for "For You," and at 2,500 yen (tax not included) for a bottle this good, we are very happy!

When the weather gets cold, I want to drink ginjo-shu and daiginjo-shu, but this is my first time drinking Kawanakajima Genmai's ginjo-shu! Kawanakajima Genmai gives the impression of being fruity and hard-drinking, but this was a bottle that I could enjoy for its clean and crisp taste. It can be enjoyed warmed up, which is perfect for winter!

The 3rd~5th sakes are Ten Frogs Tenkaeru 2023 sparkling Amanogeru clear 2022 sparkling Amanogeru clear dry 2022 sparkling The normal Tenkaeru is as delicious as ever! The rice sweetness and flavor was fully enjoyed with a slight oriental flavor!

The 3rd~5th sakes are Ten Frogs Tenkaeru 2023 sparkling Amanogeru clear 2022 sparkling Amanogeru clear dry 2022 sparkling The clear type is refreshing while retaining the low-alcoholic sweetness and flavor that is typical of Tenkaeru! Personally, it was my favorite flavor!

The 3rd~5th sakes are Ten Frogs Ten Frog 2023 Spark Amanagashi 2022 Spark (hanpukai) Amanagashi Clear Dry 2022 Spark (hanpukai) When we compared them, we could enjoy totally different tastes of the same Tenkaeru! The Clear Dry is a dry Champagne type! It was perfect for a toast or with cheese and appetizers!

This one made with Kame-no-o is very excellent! It is quite expensive & is only available once or twice a year, so if you don't time it right, you can't buy it at all, and I couldn't this year, This bottle was also brought by a friend! It was a very delicious bottle with a complex flavor!

First bottle: Jyushiyo Gokujo Morohaku Junmai Daiginjo My friend's nearest liquor store seems to sell this sake on a regular point of sale, so she brought it with her! It's been a while since I've had a Jyushidai, and it's a very absorbing and exquisite wine! The characteristic sweetness and sourness with a melon juice feel was my favorite flavor!

I was able to drink my favorite light mist of Sairai this year, too! It is very fruity, sweet and delicious! The best way to get the best out of it is to buy a bottle of it, It has a fresh sweet taste like muscat!

The best way to enjoy the wine is to drink it! The price is a bit steep, but I always buy the rice that I like. The sweet taste is concentrated and delicious! The price is very reasonable, but I love Miyazumi!

Opening the battle for my favorite ecru in the New Politics COLORS series. A year or two ago, it was commented that it was recommended to mature for a few years in the bottle, but I have the impression that many of this year's COLORS are already ready to drink! I am very happy to be able to GET it and drink it right away and it tastes great!

I heard a rumor that Brewing Forest had changed its name, but this is the first time I have had the pleasure of drinking it. Yuki no Mayu Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu I drank it a long time ago, so I only remember it as a sweet and tasty sake, but this one has the same sweet and tasty taste! It was like an adult Calpis soda!

The long-awaited Hakuginoumi by Kangiku Meikozo Every year I drink it all up in an instant and can't compare it with Ginkai, so this year I got two bottles! This year it was a little less sweet, but I still liked the taste and it was delicious!

Houou Mita "Anniversary" 2024, which was purchased last week, was opened immediately. The sake rice and specifications are undisclosed, but you can answer the questions by turning over the card hanging on the bottle. Was this the first time you drank it? I couldn't guess because of the sake rice, but the taste was not the fruity Hououmida I have a strong image of, but rather a clean, structured flavor!

We will have an indispensable winter visit every year. The sound of the bottle opening and the sweet and juicy taste were superb! The unusually cold weather was followed by unusually hot weather, and my body was tired, so the taste was even more deeply embedded in my body.
