The long-awaited Hakuginoumi by Kangiku Meikozo Every year I drink it all up in an instant and can't compare it with Ginkai, so this year I got two bottles! This year it was a little less sweet, but I still liked the taste and it was delicious!

Houou Mita "Anniversary" 2024, which was purchased last week, was opened immediately. The sake rice and specifications are undisclosed, but you can answer the questions by turning over the card hanging on the bottle. Was this the first time you drank it? I couldn't guess because of the sake rice, but the taste was not the fruity Hououmida I have a strong image of, but rather a clean, structured flavor!

We will have an indispensable winter visit every year. The sound of the bottle opening and the sweet and juicy taste were superb! The unusually cold weather was followed by unusually hot weather, and my body was tired, so the taste was even more deeply embedded in my body.

We stocked a large quantity, so we opened a bottle of this one that had been laying in Lemacom. Shinsei Earth 2022 It had been laid down for about a year, but we opened it after about a year because Earth is delicious even when it is relatively young! I had an image of a clean taste using Rikuhu 132, but this one was a bottle that I could fully enjoy from the top aroma to the fullness of the flavor!

I was curious about the Sentori Assemblage that I had previously received at Sakélabo Tokyo's Tsubaki (Camellia japonica) restaurant, so I bought this one. It is a kijo sake from SENKYO, but this one was much sweeter! It was a little too sweet to continue drinking by itself, so we split it over about 3 days.

Stocking up since I haven't been able to visit liquor stores recently. The first bottle without hesitation was Daimine It has a very beautiful sweet and tasty acidity, and tastes like a refined Shine Muscat! I was also able to buy a bottle of Winter Otosore, which was shipped on the same day, so I am looking forward to opening it next time!

This bottle was released at our favorite liquor store on a three-day weekend with a limit of one bottle per person. Tobiroki Junmai Daiginjo It is usually sold at a point of sale, but during the three-day weekend, it was on regular sale, so I was grateful to get it! The sake was so refreshingly sweet and tasty that I found myself drinking more and more, and by the time I realized it, there was only one gou left! Be careful not to drink too much!

This is W's Aizan, which we also love to drink without fail every time! Despite its Junmai Daiginjo specs, it is a Junmai Unfiltered Hi-New Sake! I enjoyed the refreshing strawberry-like acidity and flavor here! Note that it is so swishy that you don't even notice that it has 17% alcohol by volume!

We were able to buy a four-pack bottle of ogara-mi, but the clear type was a one-pack bottle, so we were able to enjoy the changes in taste at a leisurely pace! On the first day, it tasted fresh and shiny! On the second day, I could taste a little sourness! After the third day, the sweetness settled down and I was able to enjoy it slowly!

Red version of my favorite Houou Mita I opened the bottle and felt a sense of maturity, so I noticed that the month of shipment was half a year ago, although it was an unfiltered unpasteurized sake purchased on the same day, I could enjoy the good matured aroma, but I prefer not to let the red version sit too long......, I would like to check the shipping date at my favorite liquor store in the future!

I don't know if I can call it sake, but here's an extra version. haccoba×Craft-Lab. Filled with star gazing Craft saké made with myoga, pine needles, bamboo grass leaves, sweet summer peel, and chile ancho (chili pepper) Personally, I was a bit, sorry if you like it!

Here's another previously opened Viridian. The 2023 Viridian is already in a transitional stage according to the brewer's comments, and it tastes great even if you open it right away! The clear and elegant taste of Miso Nishiki was superb!

I've been having a hard time posting lately and reminding myself of all the alcohol I've consumed. Senkin UA maple I always buy Momiji from the SENKIN O UA collaboration series and the zodiac sign series that comes out at the end of the year! I like Momiji so much because it is refreshingly sweet and tasty, I emptied it in one day! The Kame-no-o O O Yamadanishiki assemblage is a favorite of mine!

Comparison with Premium Gold at a sake party held by an acquaintance Ginkame is still my personal favorite! It was a bottle that I enjoyed even though it was not cosmetically pleasing! I wonder if the premium gold is the same in content? If it tastes almost the same, you can buy two bottles of silver tortoise, so silver tortoise wins!

One of Shinshu Kamerei's most famous bottles, designed for overseas export. Shinshu Kamerei Premium Gold This is a premium sake made from Miyamanishiki polished to 39%, However, at a sake party held by an acquaintance of mine, someone brought a bottle of this sake, so I compared it with a bottle of Gin Kame from the same brewery with the same specifications. It was delicious, but did it taste the same as Gingame? That was my impression with my stupid tongue.
