I love the name 🌲 "Jyosu Mori" 😍.
I was worried about the Jun Gin and Jun Daigin, but
I'll be back soon!
It's so sweet you'll be stunned🤣!
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure you'll like it.
It's so thick that you can even have it on the rocks⁉️.
The acidity and bitterness that finishes it off is also very moist...

Ingredients: Rice (Gohyakumangoku from Niigata Prefecture)
Kake rice (Koshiibuki from Niigata Prefecture)
Rice polishing ratio: 50% Yeast used: M310 yeast
Alcohol level: 14 degrees, Sake degree: -36️.
Acidity: 2.5
We paired it with a hamburger patty, a dish recommended by the brewery.
A great marriage💕.
I'm not sure what else to pair it with. I thought it would be impossible💦, but it was surprisingly good!
Potatoes au gratin etc... sweet fat seems to go well with it 😉.
It's not something you can drink all the time...
