I found a bottle that I liked at Akiyama's, which was the last stop on my tour of my favorite liquor stores.
Amabuki's 333rd anniversary commemorative sake, a daiginjo made from Aizan polished to 40%, was available for just over 1500 yen!
When I opened the bottle immediately, I found that it was much more refreshing than I had expected, with a solid sourness and bitterness that tasted just like Aizan!
Alcohol content: 16 degrees
Rice polishing ratio: 40% (100% Aiyama)
