On the second day of the New Year, we opened a bottle of "Mutsu Hassen New Year Celebration Sake Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu," which we got at a new sake tasting hosted by the Hachinohe brewery's toji.
It's sweet and delicious, like biting into a sweet ripe apple full of honey.
The lingering ginjo aroma lingers softly, so you can enjoy it slowly!
