I tried Isshaku-Mizusei's Yamadanishiki, which I had been curious about since you posted it on Sake no Wa! It's a limited edition sake with high potential, made from 100% special grade Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo, and it seems to be shipped in full force during the Hiyaoroshi season. It was a very elegant autumn sake with a sweet, gorgeous fruitiness on the palate, followed by the acidity of the Yamada Nishiki and a delicate aftertaste. Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 16 degrees
