I've always wanted to drink Machida Shuzo, first time is special? I've always wanted to drink Machida Sake Brewery, and my first time was a special one.
I had high expectations that it would be delicious 🍶.
The moment it was opened, the sweet aroma rose up in the air, and in the mouth it was fresh, sweet and delicious with a light gaseous sensation.
The second half of the bottle was smooth and the sweetness didn't run off and it was delicious 🥰.
Overall, it was well-balanced and delicious 👏.

This is a limited edition sake with an alcohol content of 16%, no filtration, and undisclosed specs other than Junmai. It was released again this year and I was able to purchase it.
When I drank it, it had a juicy, raw taste, with a hint of acidity and sweetness, but not strong. The aroma is gorgeous, as is typical of the Machida sake brewery. We enjoyed it again this year.

Machida sake brewery is a little sweet and fruity! Especially this year's ? The new year's? is especially tasty with a stronger flavor.

No photo, but a senior employee of mine bought a bottle of Machida Brewery's MM Spider at Mashidaya in Tochigi, and it had a crown that was blown off and was very shwashy.

Purchased when I went to Fukushima to buy some sake I had reserved 💰 Lately the prefectures I go to and the sake I buy are so different that I'm starting to lose track of which prefecture I'm going to 🗾.
I asked at a store that carries Machida Sake Brewery's sake and to no avail, they have it! So they have it! So I bought it 🍶.
Personally, when I think of a good-cost sake, this is the one I can't pass up ✅.
