The second one is a UNITED ARROWS collaboration, UA Snowman. While the normal Snowman is 100% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki, the UNITED ARROWS collaboration sake UA Snowman is an assemblage of 75% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki and 25% Domaine Sakura Kame no O We opened both bottles and compared them! When we compared only the supernatant, we got the impression that the UA had the same fresh aroma and flavor, but the UA had a more extended flavor after drinking. When I mixed the ori (a little bit of corkage), I found that the UA Snowball had a milky sweetness and umami flavor that made it more enjoyable to drink, but I was impressed by the mild acidity and umami flavor of the UA Snowball. Either way, delicious! That is my conclusion. Rice polishing ratio: 90% (75% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki, 25% Domaine Sakura Kame-no-o) Alcohol content: 13%.

This morning, I woke up to the black cat's intercom to pick up my package and two Senkou snowman glasses I was able to order arrived! The Sentori Snowman and UA Snowman, which we had stocked up on for this occasion, were opened! The first one is a normal snowman. I found and bought a bottle of "Hi-Tsubin - Hukyuu - Type A", which I had not come across many times in the series of Tobirazumi Honpo, which I loved and used to drink every day for a while. Brewed with Yamahai O, O white yeast and No.77 yeast, I was very excited about the taste! I'm a sucker for the extremely sweet taste of Yamahai, but the taste of Hibu was relatively refreshing, even for a brewer like Tobirazumi! The sweetness of the taste is as expected from Tobirazumi, and the sourness with malic acidity from the sweetness is quite impressive! This is one for those who like sweet and sour! I had a very good thing happen today, so I opened a bottle of Machida Shuzo's ? (Triple Hatena), which was a personal hit last year. Last year, it was an unbeatable 1,100 yen (including tax) for a four-pack, but this year the price is 1,320 yen (including tax), which is a slight increase... We bought a bottle of Hanayu Misato Nishiki to congratulate our favorite liquor store for starting a new business with them. We were sure it would be our favorite Junmai Ginjo from Miso Nishiki! From the first sip, the aroma was very elegant with a white peach fruit aroma, and this impression was carried over into the sip, with a fresh, clean, sweet flavor that went down beautifully! The Hanayu series is only available in one bottle, so I have often had to pass up on this bottle due to the capacity of my refrigerator, but I am sure that I will be very happy with this bottle!
