We bought a bottle of Hanayu Misato Nishiki to congratulate our favorite liquor store for starting a new business with them. We were sure it would be our favorite Junmai Ginjo from Miso Nishiki! From the first sip, the aroma was very elegant with a white peach fruit aroma, and this impression was carried over into the sip, with a fresh, clean, sweet flavor that went down beautifully! The Hanayu series is only available in one bottle, so I have often had to pass up on this bottle due to the capacity of my refrigerator, but I am sure that I will be very happy with this bottle!
