???(トリプルはてな)
Kumakichi
When I went to my favorite liquor store, I saw a package I'd never seen before & an interesting bottle that made me curious, so I decided on it right away!
Machida Shuzo? (Triple Hatena) only states that the ingredients are rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic rice), and the alcohol content is 16 degrees.

There were many mysteries in this raw sake...
When I picked up the bottle, it was obvious that there was a lot of suspended mist, and at 1,000 yen (excluding tax), it was an unbelievable bottle, so I gave it a try.
As for the taste and sensation, I'm speaking as a sake amateur, so please forgive me! But? is to find out what it is.
The mouthfeel is lightly gassy, and the aroma is a hint of fruit, like muscat, with a hint of semedyne in the back of the nose...
In the mouth, there is a light sweetness and acidity, with a good amount of umami.
For 1,000 yen, this is no problem at all! Rather, it was one of the strongest bottles in the Cospa!
I'm a big fan of Instrument Masamune and Kaze no Mori, so I'd like to buy this bottle again if I see it!
