That's what it says on the brewery's website, It goes well with strawberry tart and cream cheese. I'm looking forward to it every year. I found a short video on YouTube that showed a good, inexpensive sake that can be bought at supermarkets. It is rich and round, with a delicious rice flavor, not too sweet, and a hard-edged impression. It is not fruity, but rather a royal Junmai nigori sake that is very drinkable. This is a very powerful sake and should not be underestimated 😊. Kawanakajima nigori sake may be the same vector.

I have a Janome kiki-inokuchi (sake cup) that I got a long time ago and use it often, and I have both old and new UNIQLO sake brewery T-shirts, which I sometimes wear in spring and summer. The Hioki Sakura🌸 is powerful in its lore. I bought it at Ikebukuro Tobu about a year ago, drank some and then let it sit at room temperature. It was brewed well and crisp, without any sagging at all. I warmed it up to 40℃, 45℃, and over 50℃ at Nobee Yokocho and tasted the heated sake, but as expected, the higher the temperature, the brighter it became. The main snacks were A dish of baked thick fried tofu topped with meat sauce and cheese.
