I received this from a junior colleague at work who is from Niigata Prefecture. Kubota Senju. Thankfully, it was opened on the same day. A little elegant, light and dry. The standard. The quality of the sake is not too harsh on the food. Beer: Try Sapporo's Niigata Limited Beer, Flavor Soukai Nishite.

I bought this at a convenience store on a trip to Nagoya last month. A 300ml bottle of Kinshachi fresh-stored sake. I had imagined a sake that smelled a little more like sake, but it was surprisingly refreshing, with a hint of sake-like aroma. I paired it with vegetables I brought back from my Obon trip to Niigata. Eggplant, okra, triangular fried tofu from Agano. Cherry tomatoes.

I bought this in Niigata when I was back home, It is a Nakadori Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu of Manotsuru's Koshitanrei. It had a mellower sweetness than I expected, and on the second day, the sweetness came out even more, to the point of being too sweet😅. I was surprised that Koshitanrei could be so sweet.

My brother brought me a bottle of Tobiroki's special junmai namaizu when he went home for the Obon vacation. It was a gift from his brother when he traveled to Fukushima Prefecture this spring for a practice match. He had kept it refrigerated until this day. Speaking of Tobiroki's special junmai, I have a deep impression of their unfiltered nama sake, which I first encountered about 22 years ago and learned the taste and fun of nama sake. Frankly, it is a good sake👍. Well-balanced, mild and truly delicious. I drank it all up, and there was only about 3 gou left in the bottle (I drank about 5 gou!?!). ), the bottle was stopped and went off to the kitchen.

When I had a drink at "Japanese Sake Tachiton Meigo" in the deep underground shopping mall in Fushimi during my trip to Nagoya last week, I told the waiter that I usually live in Saitama Prefecture, and he said he knew "Kahayo-yoku" and asked me if there were any other Saitama sake that I knew. I asked him, "Do you know any other Saitama sake? He said, "I know Igarashi. I asked him to keep an eye on Igarashi and also to check out Kagamiyama, a relative of Igarashi Sake Brewery in Kawagoe, which is also delicious.

For me personally, I personally respect Kiku-Masamune, which is often served at long-established soba restaurants in Tokyo, as a standard sake. The Kikumasamune barrel sake served at Namiki Yabu Soba in Asakusa is a true masterpiece of sake.

On my way home from a trip to Nagoya, I bought several bottles of Aichi Prefecture sake at Sakeya Otake in the Sakae Central Park underground shopping mall. I asked the clerk if I could buy some Aichi Prefecture sake to take home, and he recommended "Shikishima" first. I was told that there are many episodes in the revival of the brewery. I was told that the brewery has recently expanded to Tokyo, but I had not seen this brand in my daily life, so I immediately bought it. I was told that it was a reissued label. After returning home from Nagoya, I immediately opened the bottle for an evening drink. I was impressed by its calm, not frivolous, dining-quality sake. It has a glossy taste that comes from its maturity without being heavy. I paired it with kushikatsu (pork cutlets) at Yabaton and miso sauce, which was a good combination.

We went back and forth between the many stores and got lost, but we entered Myogohi, a Japanese sake bar that seemed to have a strong sake menu. We started with a set of three kinds of sake. On this day, it was Koshi, Haneya, and Shirakoh. I wanted to drink Aichi Prefecture's sake, so I ordered a bottle of Isobuki. It was mellow and full-bodied, and had a fragrance that was typical of Japanese sake.

My long-awaited visit to "Daijin Honten" in Fushimi, Nagoya As an izakaya (Japanese style bar) lover, I wanted to visit this restaurant once. First of all, I was overwhelmed by the crowded restaurant, The best was the heated Kamotsuru cask sake, which had a clean cask aroma, good warmth, and just the right amount of richness. A large sake bottle holds about 2 gou (about 2 cups), and it's so stable that you'll want to drink it all the time. The snacks are also excellent, and sake drinkers will not be able to get enough of them. The Mikatagahara potato stew, which was selected from the counter, is a spicy dish with a twist. The simmered conger eel and squid are soft and exquisite. A variety of snacks are supplied one after another, and if you go to the counter when you feel like it, you will be annoyed in a positive way by the selection of fascinating new snacks 😌. The sashimi and other seafood are also said to be of high quality, but this first time I was very satisfied without going that far. It is a wonderful izakaya. Thanks for the food.
