I was able to finish work a little early for this time of year, so I got off at Ikebukuro and patrolled the west exit.
I went in to a restaurant I had only been to for lunch before.
It was Hanaizumi and Aizu Chusho from Kaiun Hiyazume.
The food was mainly Japanese, with a sophisticated twist.
The chilled tofu was from Daitomo Tofu in Ikebukuro. Delicious tofu.
Potato salad with prosciutto ham and strawberries.
Different from the standard tsumami, it was matched with sophisticated Japanese food,
I was able to taste the goodness of Hanazono's Honjozo, which is a royal sake in the middle of the road.
