Today we will drink Niigata Prefecture's sake.
This is a representative brand of the Takai Sake Brewery in Ojiya City.
I found out later that it is one of the products sold by a distributor.
A trophy from the Shinetsu roadside station tour. It was purchased at the Ponchukan Nagaoka Station store.
The aroma is a melon-type ginjo aroma. Slightly refreshing.
The mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a soft touch on the tongue. The aftertaste is also pleasant.
We are thankful to have met a good sake.
I enjoyed it at Ponshukan in Yuzawa, so I took the Joetsu Line to a brewery in Ojiya and bought it.
It has a fruity taste with a tangy gasiness. It is a well-balanced type of sake that is supposed to be light and dry.
It was easy to drink with a mild and refreshing aftertaste.
It has a more rounded and angular flavor than TAYOMO, partly due to the fact that the rice polishing ratio is changed for each portion of the rice. It went very well with fish.
The regular TAYU is delicious enough, so next time I would like to try that one too (and at a good price).
It was said to be slightly dry, but it has a spicy punch, or rather, it is quite a habitual sake!
It is not easy to drink, but it is addictive!
I can't describe it well: 🙇♂️🙇♂️🙇♂️
The third bottle at Penguin Village,
Tatomo Special Junmai.
We enjoyed this one with some tatami sardines, a Shizuoka souvenir from another customer.
It has a gentle but well-balanced sweet and sour taste with a firm umami flavor.
The mouthfeel has a gentle but well-balanced sweet and sour taste with a firm umami flavor,
Yum!
What a surprise! I didn't know there was such a good bar in the neighborhood. I'm going to go there again.
It is a delicious sake with a gaseous taste, refreshing sweetness, and a refreshing bitterness that comes afterwards without being heavy.
I bought this sake when I visited the Takai Sake Brewery in Ojiya, Niigata. The president of the brewery was very hospitable and told me many stories about the brewery.
Perhaps it is because it is not often sold outside of the prefecture, but I would like many people to try this excellent product.
7/10
I've been so busy with work lately that I haven't had the energy to keep track of things, so I'll be posting without comments.
I may post my thoughts on the ones I enjoyed.
Tatomo's hiyaoroshi was delicious!
