I went to Chitose on a day trip. I was looking for a sake shop and found one that was opened in February this year. The manager was very friendly, and we decided on this one product: the Takai Sake Brewery's "Tatomo. It came with a box, which I didn't expect. I am very happy.
I tried it right away. On the first day, it tasted more astringent than refreshing, and it was hard to describe the taste. The astringency I was worried about eased and it became easier to drink. Personally, I think it would be better if it had a little more yeast bubbles, but it is a delicious sake that is just right for drinking a little at night.
It is rather sweet, but the description recommends it as a food sake. When I tried it with a stronger food item, the amount of alcohol, miscellaneous tastes, and astringency became a bit bothersome as I put more in my mouth at one time. I think it would be better with a lighter food item. The taste is fruity, but not fruity, and you can enjoy the sweetness of the rice.
It is best drunk alone with a glass of wine at night. High-grade sake rice "Koshitanrei" is delicious.

It has a fruity aroma, a full flavor, and a smooth, crisp taste.
The quintessence of Tatomo! Nama-zake with the feeling of spring thaw."
Maybe there is a 🍶shuwa feeling, but the 🍶shuwa in (1) is stronger, so let's drink them separately without comparing them. Ori-u-tsu-tsu. The picture of cherry blossoms is nice. It goes well with the blue bottle. Mmmm, delicious.
[I'll have another TAYOMO (2).

It is a lightly cloudy, sparkling, active sake with a fine moromi content. It has a fresh and juicy taste with a spreading umami flavor."
🍶Swishwashwashwash. Delicious. I thought the label was a photograph, but is it a picture?
[I'll have another Tatyu.]

We brewed this sake by taking advantage of the original full-bodied flavor of this rice. Please enjoy its fullness and elegance that will not be overshadowed by food."
🍶It definitely has the elegance to match the food. Lightly cloudy. Delicious.
