Nanbu Bijin is one of my favorite sake breweries.
I have a Janome kiki-inokuchi (sake cup) that I got a long time ago and use it often, and I have both old and new UNIQLO sake brewery T-shirts, which I sometimes wear in spring and summer.
It is light, fresh, dry, smooth, and has just the right amount of umami.
