The aroma is mild 🤔I can feel the umami of rice in the mouth 😚 I can feel a little sweetness, but it goes down smoothly 😊. I felt it is a delicious sake that can be enjoyed with food or as a stand-alone sake 🥳.

We bought it at Shiramizu Sake Shop in Takaramachi, Kasuga City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The owner was very kind and explained a lot about sake, and when I told him I prefer fruity sake, he recommended this sake. When I asked him about the meaning of "oishu", he told me that it means to store new sake at a low temperature for a long time. It was a good learning experience. It stung me because I like it sweet. Thank you to the owner who introduced me to this delicious sake.

Yizishin Tasting at Ijima Sake-ten (3) High quality sake in a wooden box Honorary Yizishin Junmai Daiginjyo Yamadanishiki from Sanda city, 30% polished rice Beautiful and fruity without any cloying taste. A Yizyshin fan who is often seen at the tasting said that he can't finish the year without drinking this. The ultimate Yizyshin Daiginjo! I've had it several times and it's really good. It is better to drink it at room temperature than cold. Honorary Yizysuishin Daiginjyo Kangan Fuji It seems to be the first sake which is not brought to the department store. It's 11,000 yen for 4 gou of sake. It's a very good sake. I'm interested in the difference other than the taste 🤔. It was nice to meet you again after a long time! Thank you for inviting me 🙇🙇.

Yizishin Tasting at Ijima Sake-ten (2) Honorary Yizishishin - Resurrection No.3 Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake I already bought and drank it. I think the rice is called "Chusei Shin Senbon". It has a rich and complex flavor, and it is very tasty. I think Nemuchi wanted this sake 🫶. Hygena no Shizuku Junmai Daiginjo The first impression is that it's refreshing, but in the second half, there's a trace of sweetness and then the umami comes in. It uses a rare rice called "Daijirubi Dia" and the farmer quit growing it, so it's no longer for sale. I heard that Gobashi is the only other place that uses Daijirubi Dia. Honorary Yizuisuishin Junmai Daiginjo It has a refreshing taste, but it has a hint of sweetness. It has a sweetness that lasts...

Yizishin Tasting at Ijima Sake-ten (1) When the salesman arrived, there was a person who was waiting for us, so we moved to the place when it was empty. Junmai Ginjo Mukoshi Shibori (winter) The taste is clear and refreshing. It has a good balance of sweetness, umami, and spiciness, and there is nothing unpleasant about it. This was also drunk at last year's StumpVal 😅. Junmai Unrefined Nama-shu (new sake) Hatsuktori It tastes fresh, mellow, and delicious, just like THE raw sake 😋. Nemuchi-san raved about it. I bought it myself in the past, and when I looked at his post, he wrote that it was delicious 😁. Soft water brewed Shiboritate Junmai Ginjyo Nama This is the first label I've seen. It seemed a little spicier than the first two I drank. Not very impressive... Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu 100% Yamadanishiki Mature and floral, yet suitable for eating. I bought and drank this one in the past. There are many, so I will continue!

It has a softly fragrant estery aroma with a slight sweetness. But it is firmly dry, so it may be difficult for those who don't like sake, but for sake lovers, it is cosy and good. There is a miscellaneous taste in the last, but it cuts through the taste of fatty food, so it's perfect for a mealtime sake!

In the evening, while strolling around Shimokitazawa with the wife, we found a bottle of Mihara's Drunken Heart at a supermarket in front of the station, which had triggered my love of sake after I moved to the area alone for two years more than ten years ago. I took it home without hesitation. I'm looking forward to having a glass of sake tonight.
