I had high hopes for Honshu Ichi, which uses 2021 yeast, because it is delicious, but the breweries are different and the direction is different, so it's hard to say 🤔.

Mellow and robust. The flavor of the rice is very good. You can feel the characteristics of the non-pressure pressing. It has the best of both worlds. The goodness on the palate is remarkable.
I thought it was a little dry when I started drinking it in a boar cup, and when I drank it in a wine glass, which was also on the neck label, I thought the aroma was more floral.
