I took the chance on a weekday when I had a day off from harvesting rice at my parents' house. I visited the brewery and bought it. The fresh flavor spreads and remains for a while. I like it when the fresh flavor spreads out and remains for a while. After that, it is clean and refreshing. I can feel the goodness of non-pressurized pressing. I tasted it at a department store and it was delicious, but I didn't buy it because I had a lot of stock at home, so I bought a small bottle at a supermarket wagon. The aroma was subdued, and after a light umami taste, the spiciness rushed in and left a sharp taste and a lingering aftertaste. It has a traditional sake feel to it, but it is completely different from the sake I was allowed to taste, so I wonder if the quality has gone down a bit ❓. I received this from a friend in Hiroshima as a birthday gift. It is a very great drunken heart. It is a slightly dry, mellow sake with a gorgeous green apple-like aroma and a delicious deep flavor at 17 degrees alcohol by volume. I am thankful that I don't buy it myself.

Last year it was about 5500 yen for a 1000ml fire-brewed bottle, but this year I bought it because it was released fresh and the price was reasonable 😁. This sake is made from Yizyishin's yeast No.3 which is not distributed now. It has a rich and complex taste with a sweetness and a bitterness at the end. It has a rich and complex taste with a sweet taste and a bitter taste at the end. It was an interesting sake 😋.

Which one is the dry one? The one I drank when I asked, but it's sweeter than I thought 、、、、? 🙄. I was under the impression that it was a "dry" one. Well, I thought it was because it had a sake degree of +2.5, but even though it had a low sake degree, it still had a dry taste! I thought it was because it had a sake degree of +2.5, but it also has a dry taste even if the sake degree is low! I think it was a bit like wine because it was drunk in the summer and was very cold 🔰. I'm not sure if it's a good idea. The "Yassa Tako" (octopus), a specialty of this restaurant, was delicious 😋🐙 lol
