I went to Orihara Shoten in Monzennakacho, which I had wanted to visit.
The first drink...a handsome Aomori sake, which is hard to find in my hometown.
Easy to drink even at 16%!

Sakai bring-and-go off-line meeting 2025⑧.
Sake brought by Masha-san.
I thought it was a new sake because it had a seal of a famous sake store in the Kansai area, but it was a sake that came in for the hanpukai on a spot.
He checked in to see if any of the off-line meeting members were drinking it. I'm sorry I'm drinking it 😅.
Trendy sake quality. Sweet and juicy.
Fire-brewed but fresh
I wish there was a distributor closer to me 🤔.

Test brewed sake made with Akita Sake Komachi🌾🍶.
The first aroma is slightly sweet.

It was quite delicious 🍶✨️

crisp and dry (e.g. taste, texture, flavor)
Slight aroma, sharp attack. The taste is crisp and dry. It goes in smoothly and has a good sharpness.
This one is as dry as it looks 😎.
I saw it for the first time and ordered it. The label said it was 16 degrees, so I thought it might be a little stronger than I like, but it was very refreshing. I thought it might be a little stronger than I like, but it was very tasty and refreshing.
I regretted that I should have paired it with meat, but it was delicious.
Temperature 5°C
Taste 85
Color Clear and colorless
Aroma: Freshness of freshness and strength of the original sake. This is the kind of aroma I want.
Taste: Good balance of moderate sweetness, sourness and bitterness. As soon as it is poured into the glass, it has a gaseous taste and a little spiciness.
