As a long-established bar, they don't carry trendy sake, and there was a possibility that even the brand name was unknown, but it was a new sake, freshly squeezed from the Meijo Sake Brewery.
Bouken had already registered the brand name with ❗️, so I used "Meijo" to make it easier to search.
It is a standard sake from Hyogo with a standard sake-like flavor that is suitable for this famous sake bar in Saitama.

I ordered the Taki Masamune warmed, and as it's from the same brewery as Gifu's Shirazen, it has a certain quality that you can enjoy.
The ham cutlet (300 yen) is also crispy and tasty and is a great entrée.
