I bought this bottle when it was on sale for tasting. It was not so spicy, but rather, it was a daily sake with a fresh, light, freshly squeezed flavor that was perfect for everyday drinking and as a mid-meal sake. It tasted just like the description on the label by the brewer.
Also, the bottle was a returnable bottle, the second 4-ply bottle to use returnable bottles after Ippouki. I guess it's just the beginning. I have to return them to the liquor store.
His wife used this liquor for simmering when they were married. She told us that it tastes better than cooking sake.
This is the first time I have tasted the Shiboritate Nama Sake label.
It was a "light, spreading umami," and I never got tired of drinking it.
It was a normal tasty sake without any peculiarities.
We defrosted the frozen sashimi of slices of silver salmon and flatfish from Miyagi Prefecture. It was a delicious sashimi.
One more bottle. The first sake from Miyagi Prefecture.
A sparkling low-alcohol sake from Ichinozo in Osaki City.
Purchased on sale at an Aeon liquor store in Gifu City.
The aroma is a strawberry type ginjo aroma.
The sweetness and acidity match each other on the palate, making it easy to drink like a chamomile. It has a strawberry-like sweetness.
I would like to try a junmai type next time.
It was a drink that reminded me of the feeling I had when I was not used to drinking sake. Can I describe it as good old-fashioned sake? The taste was rich and thick.
It is clear and colorless, with aromas of cooked rice, yogurt, and honeysuckle. The attack is rather strong, with a refreshing acidity, mild sweetness and a rather long finish.
Ichinokura's young people have launched a "project" called "Ichi-kara Hajimete Ichinokura" (Starting from Ichi).
It is said that the story of soil preparation, sake rice cultivation, and transferring the sake all started from the very beginning. This is the first time I have seen this sake.
It was a strange sake with a fizzy, mild aroma and a delicious taste on the palate. I drank too much and fell asleep. It was a very delicious sake.

Ichinozo Himezen
We bought Himezen about two years ago as a regular sake.
But my husband started to buy sake from various online stores around this time, and I completely missed the timing to open it... I let it sit for two years, so I opened it this time.
I remember they changed the color from green to brown around this time due to a shortage of bottles. I wonder which color it is now? I wonder if it's back to green?
