hachi
The liquor store where I bought Yokoyama the other day had a sake server, so I bought my first sake by measure.
It's great for people who want to try different kinds of sake😊.
There are no labels on the small bottles sold by weight, so the proprietress kindly allowed me to take a photo of the bottle separately.
The best drink I've ever had!
The aroma of the sake is gentle and refreshing, but a little unique.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight softness on your tongue.
It is neither too light nor too heavy, with a moderate sweetness, umami and bitterness spreading, and a slightly mellow aroma of rice passing through.
It wasn't my favorite type on its own, but it went moderately well with the sweet and spicy flavor of the Yangnyeom Chicken😊.
Thanks for the treat.
