hachi
The last time I drank a bottle of fire-roasted Yamadanishiki, it was delicious, so I decided to try a different sake rice.
I asked the owner what he would recommend for a more refreshing sake, and he recommended this Hitogochi and Yamamanishiki, so I bought both bottles😊.
Let's start with the Hitogochiki.
I opened the bottle with a sip.
The aroma is mild and a bit mellow.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the stimulation of a slight fizz.
The bitterness lingers a little more clearly.
The aroma is a little rich.
I think there is a physical condition, but I felt that the next day's taste was better, including the coherence of the aroma.
I think the acidity also became easier to feel 5 days after opening the bottle🤔.
I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great beer, but I'm not sure how much I like it.
Thanks for the treat!
