I found Tokushima sake at Ricaman by chance😳.
I got it without hesitation because I can see the national conquest👍.
The aroma is a bit like white wine when it's cold.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sourness of the rice and the sharpness is good.
When the temperature rises a little, the aroma and flavor of the rice seems to increase.
If anything, I think I prefer it when it is cold.
The back label says it goes well with cheese, so I was a little adventurous and tried it with homemade pizza, which went well with the white wine-like taste☺️.
