I've wanted to try Yamori for a long time.
And it's my first time to drink Tokyo sake!
First day of opening the bottle.
I smelled the aroma in my usual Adelia glass.
Hmm? I've never smelled anything so unique.
Aroma of rice🤔?
It reminds me of Furozumi that I drank recently.
It's a little similar in some parts.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a tingly texture and a sweet umami taste✨.
Then a little bitter taste.
When you swallow it, the characteristic aroma comes out.
I like the taste, but personally the aroma was a little bit bad for me 🥲.
I tried warming it up a bit, and
I don't mind the missing aroma so much anymore and the umami has increased to a good level😋.
The flow from the sweetness to the sharpness in the mouth is smooth and delicious✨.
5 days after opening the bottle, the aroma calmed down a bit even in an Adelia glass, so I changed to a wine glass and this was a hit for me personally.
The aroma was more fruity and the taste was smooth and sweet 😆 .
It's been a while since I've learned the importance of choosing the right drinking vessel👍.
Thanks for the treat!

Hi takeshon😃!
I think the aroma probably depends on the sake bottle💦
I'm sure you'll be able to find something that works for you.
I'll try my best in the remaining 5 prefectures👍.
