Today I opened the bottle because Pon-chan's review ✨ made me want to drink Shinmasa: ‼️ Personally, I think the straight kumi tastes more rounded than the flax cat I drank before 🤔. The acidity is more subdued and the sweetness is more gentle 😅. Anyway, it was delicious 😋 ❣️

It is a delicious sake🍶‼️ It was a little different from what I imagined Niigata's light and dry 🧐. I wonder if it's because it's brewed with brewer's yeast? It has a very gentle sweetness and a bit of sourness💕. It's also very easy to drink, probably due to the low alcohol content 😊. I have another favorite 😱❣️

Drinking comparison with nothing but anticipation: ‼️ When your favorite Hirotogawa's 🍶 Yamada Nishiki is released, you have to buy it 🤩! So we compared it with the Omachi that was waiting in the sake cellar (regular fridge) 😍. Yamada-Nishiki is still delicious 😋 It has Hirotogawa's signature drinkability of Yamada-Nishiki, the umami of rice, and a soft spread and gentle lingering taste 🤔. It's just delicious! The level of review will not go up 😭
