My favorite sake, I have always thought of it as light and refreshing, but this one is a little more complex🤔.
I thought it might be lighter because it is 13% alcohol, but this concentrated rich taste might be a benefit of using Banshu Yamada-Nishiki, a special quality rice⁉(I don't know much about it though 🤣).
I wonder if this concentrated and rich flavor is a benefit of the use of Banshu Yamadanishiki, a top-grade rice.

The mouthfeel is basically sweet and tasty from the slight carbonation, but the sweetness is not that strong 🤔.
It is characterized by a sourness and bitterness that also comes to the surface.
It was easy to drink with 13 degrees alu, slight carbonation, and moderate sweetness.
