I don't have to tell you how well it tastes, but I think it's a very well-balanced nigori sake!

Eikawa Sake Brewery's Aizu Ryugasawa is brewed with the sacred water Ryugasawa spring water, which is a representative spring of the Bandai Nishiyamaroku spring group, selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. The label is a dragon ball, which makes me feel nostalgic. 100% Aizu-produced Yume-no-Ko (dream aroma) is used.
I strongly feel their commitment to Aizu.
The aroma of rice is in the gorgeous ginjo aroma.
