The impression is round, juicy, and well-balanced, and the spiciness of the alcohol that appears in the latter half of the bottle makes it refreshing and easy to drink. It goes well with marinated Maltese tuna, but it seems to go even better with meat dishes. Of course, it is also delicious on its own.
