Slightly gassy
Slightly sweet melon-like top note
The same fruity aroma, soft sweetness and rice flavor spread out with citrus-like acidity and a slight bitterness that is typical of nigori.
The sweetness is just right, and the gaseous and slightly bitter taste makes it easy to drink and the umami of the rice can be felt well. It goes well with a meal, and is of course delicious on its own.
Goes well with tacos.

I lived in Sapporo for 7 years a long time ago. Come to think of it, my real address was still Sapporo😏.
Tacos, looks delicious. Looks like it would go well with strong gas.
Your wife is wonderful😄.
