It is a very tasty sake with a refreshing dry taste. It was perfect with a luxurious Hida beef course we had at Hana Kitchen Oshita in Takayama city. ๐โโ๏ธ๐ฅนโจ๏ธ
I got a free set of three different types of locally brewed sake to compare at Hotel Oudo.
The most delicious was the Niki.
