Hou Black 28 Junmai Daiginjo Genshu We had this at Toyama Sushi in Ginza. Made with Toyama Prefecture's Yamadanishiki sake rice and water from the Tateyama mountain range. The overflowing aroma of ginjo and Sake with an overflowing aroma of ginjo and the taste of rice Polishing ratio is 28%.
