This bottle has an elegant, thick umami and sweetness that is balanced by sweet and sour acidity! The "unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized" sake is wonderful โ€ผ๏ธ The third bottle of Kaze no Mori, I was impressed by its stable deliciousness ๐Ÿฅฐ.

I had my first glass of Kaze no Mori Yamadanishiki 807 at eureka in Nishi-Azabu and have been wanting to try the alpha 6 ever since. I'm glad it's available in Melbourne ๐Ÿ˜Œโœจ๏ธ Paired with Tasmanian Kumotan for a bit of luxury โ—โ˜บ๏ธ Aroma like blue melon, gentle sweetness and acidity.
